أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية موعد إجازة اليوم الوطني السعودي 96 للقطاعين الخاص وغير الربحي.
وأوضحت الوزارة، عبر حسابها الرسمي على «إكس»، أن (الأربعاء) 12 ربيع الثاني 1448هـ الموافق 23 سبتمبر 2026م يعد إجازة رسمية للقطاع الخاص وغير الربحي.
وأشارت إلى أن ذلك يأتي استناداً للمادة 24 من اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام العمل، وعلى كل صاحب عمل التقيد بالآلية الواردة بالفقرة الثانية من هذه المادة.
وتحتفل المملكة العربية السعودية باليوم الوطني في 23 سبتمبر من كل عام، وذلك في ذكرى إعلان توحيد المملكة العربية السعودية على يد الملك المؤسس عبد العزيز آل سعود في عام 1932م.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the date of the Saudi National Day holiday 96 for the private and non-profit sectors.
The ministry clarified, through its official account on "X", that (Wednesday) 12 Rabi' al-Thani 1448 AH corresponding to September 23, 2026 AD is an official holiday for the private and non-profit sectors.
It indicated that this is based on Article 24 of the executive regulations of the Labor Law, and that every employer must adhere to the mechanism stated in the second paragraph of this article.
