حسم مانشستر سيتي قمة الجولة الرابعة من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز أمام مضيّفه مانشستر يونايتد، بالفوز بهدف دون مقابل، في ديربي مدينة مانشستر الذي أقيم اليوم على ملعب «أولد ترافورد».
ولعب السيتي بعشرة لاعبين منذ الدقيقة (23)، بعد طرد لاعبه الإنجليزي فيل فودين بالبطاقة الحمراء المباشرة، قبل أن ينجح النرويجي إيرلينغ هالاند في تسجيل هدف المباراة الوحيد عند الدقيقة (60).
وبهذا الفوز، واصل مانشستر سيتي انطلاقته بالعلامة الكاملة، رافعاً رصيده إلى (12) نقطة ليتساوى مع أرسنال في صدارة الترتيب، فيما بقي مانشستر يونايتد في المركز الـ(13) بأربع نقاط.
Manchester City clinched the top match of the fourth round of the Premier League against their hosts Manchester United, winning by a score of one goal to nil, in the Manchester derby held today at Old Trafford.
City played with ten men from the 23rd minute after their English player Phil Foden was sent off with a direct red card, before Norwegian Erling Haaland succeeded in scoring the only goal of the match in the 60th minute.
With this victory, Manchester City continued their perfect start, raising their points total to 12 to equal Arsenal at the top of the standings, while Manchester United remained in 13th place with four points.
