أُدين مدافع ريال مدريد الإسباني راؤول أسينسيو بارتكاب جريمة تتعلق بالسلامة المرورية، بعدما اعترف بقيادته سيارته تحت تأثير الكحول على أحد الطرق في بلدية سان بارتولومي دي تيراخانا، بحسب ما أوردته صحيفة «آس».
نتيجتان إيجابيتان في اختبار الكحول
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن اللاعب أُوقف الشهر الماضي عند نقطة تفتيش لفحص نسبة الكحول، وقد أظهرت نتيجة الفحص الأول نسبة 0.90 ملغ/لتر، كما جاءت نتيجة الفحص الثاني إيجابية أيضاً بنسبة 0.88 ملغ/لتر، ويُعد تجاوز نسبة 0.60 ملغ/لتر جريمة جنائية وفقاً للقانون الإسباني، وتستوجب إحالة المتهم إلى المحاكمة.
غرامة مالية وسحب الرخصة
واعترف أسينسيو بالواقعة خلال المحاكمة السريعة، وصدر حكم بتغريمه 14400 يورو، بواقع 120 يورو يومياً لمدة أربعة أشهر، إضافة إلى سحب رخصة القيادة لمدة ثمانية أشهر.
أسينسيو يتعهد بإظهار أفضل نسخة
وأوضح التقرير أن ريال مدريد كان على علم بالواقعة، فيما قطع أسينسيو على نفسه وعداً بالتركيز بنسبة 100% خلال الفترة القادمة، والعمل على إظهار أفضل نسخة من مستواه والتخلص من نقاط ضعفه.

Two Positive Results in Alcohol Tests
The newspaper reported that the player was stopped last month at a checkpoint for a breathalyzer test, and the result of the first test showed a level of 0.90 mg/liter, while the second test also returned a positive result of 0.88 mg/liter. Exceeding a level of 0.60 mg/liter is considered a criminal offense under Spanish law and requires the accused to be brought to trial.
Financial Penalty and License Suspension
Asensio admitted to the incident during the quick trial, and he was sentenced to a fine of 14,400 euros, which amounts to 120 euros per day for four months, in addition to a suspension of his driving license for eight months.

The report clarified that Real Madrid was aware of the incident, while Asensio made a promise to himself to focus 100% in the coming period and work on showing the best version of his performance and overcoming his weaknesses.
