وتُغني هذه الخدمة الجديدة عن الحاجة إلى تجديد الهوية أو تقديم بلاغات عن فقدانها لمجرد الرغبة في تغيير الصورة الشخصية؛ إذ بات بإمكان المستفيد تعديل وتحديث صورته المسجلة في النظام الآلي مباشرة عبر المنصة، بكل سهولة ويسر، ودون تكبد عناء مراجعة المقار الرسمية أو اتباع الإجراءات التقليدية السابقة.
In a new step that enhances the digital transformation journey, the "Absher" platform has launched a quality service that allows citizens to update their national ID photo entirely online.
This new service eliminates the need to renew the ID or file reports for its loss simply to change the personal photo; beneficiaries can now easily and conveniently modify and update their registered photo in the automated system directly through the platform, without the hassle of visiting official locations or following the previous traditional procedures.
