دشن المدرب دونيس تحضيراته الفنية لمواجهة منتخب إسبانيا، (الأحد) القادم الساعة 7:00 مساء، على استاد مرسيدس بنز في أتلانتا، ضمن مباريات الجولة الثانية في المجموعة الثامنة بكأس العالم 2026، إذ سيشرح الجهاز الفني للأخضر عبر الفيديو عرضاً فنيّاً مفصلاً عن منتخب إسبانيا الذي خاض المباراة الأولى أمام الرأس الأخضر، وانتهى اللقاء بالتعادل السلبي. وسيركز المدرب دونيس على أبرز نقاط القوة والضعف، إلى جانب شرح الأسلوب التكتيكي الذي ينوي الاعتماد عليه في مباراة إسبانيا القادمة.
ويواصل الأخضر تدريباته اليومية على ملعب Q2 في مدينة أوستن، بحضور وسائل الإعلام خلال الرابع الساعة الأولى، ويسعى المدرب دونيس لتكثيف المناورات الكروية من أجل تطبيق اللاعبين الجوانب الفنية والتكتيكية التي ينوي تنفيذها في مواجهة إسبانيا المرتقبة.
ويطمح المنتخب السعودي لتحقيق فوزه الأول على إسبانيا، بعد أن التقى المنتخبان في 3 لقاءات رسمية وودية على مر التاريخ، انتهت جميعها بانتصار المنتخب الإسباني (الأولى) في 23 يونيو بكأس العالم 2006 ضمن (دور المجموعات) وانتهت 0/1، و(الثانية) في مباراة ودية 29 مايو 2010 وانتهت 2/3، و(الثالثة) في مباراة ودية 7 سبتمبر 2012، انتهت 5 / 0.

The Green team continues its daily training at Q2 Stadium in Austin, with media presence during the first hour of the fourth session. Coach Donis aims to intensify the football drills to implement the technical and tactical aspects that he plans to execute in the anticipated match against Spain.
