باشرت هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد خلال شهر يوليو 2026، اختصاصاتها ومهامها من خلال 2338 جولة رقابية، والتحقيق مع 430 مشتبهاً؛ من بينهم موظفون في وزارات الداخلية، الدفاع، الخارجية، الصحة، البلديات والإسكان، وإيقاف 131 شخصاً، وفقاً لنظام الإجراءات الجزائية منهم من أطلق سراحه بالكفالة الضامنة؛ لتورطهم بتهم الرشوة، واستغلال النفوذ الوظيفي.
وشددت الهيئة على أنه جارٍ استكمال الإجراءات النظامية تمهيداً لإحالتهم للقضاء. وحثت الجميع على الإبلاغ عن أي شبهات فساد مالي أو إداري من خلال وسائل تلقي البلاغات؛ وذلك حماية للمال العام.
The Anti-Corruption and Integrity Commission began its duties and responsibilities in July 2026 through 2,338 oversight rounds and investigations involving 430 suspects; among them were employees from the Ministries of Interior, Defense, Foreign Affairs, Health, Municipalities, and Housing. A total of 131 individuals were detained, according to the Criminal Procedure Law, some of whom were released on bail; they were involved in charges of bribery and abuse of power.
The Commission emphasized that the legal procedures are ongoing in preparation for their referral to the judiciary. It urged everyone to report any suspicions of financial or administrative corruption through the reporting channels, in order to protect public funds.
