عسير: إغلاق 7 منشآت وإتلاف 333 كجم و105 قطع من المواد الغذائية

The Asir Municipality closed 7 food establishments for committing violations that affect food safety, which included poor preservation and storage, low levels of cleanliness, the presence of food items of unknown origin, and operating without a health license, in accordance with the approved regulatory procedures. It added that the monitoring teams destroyed 333 kilograms and 105 pieces of food items that were unfit for human consumption, which included various types of meat, poultry, food products of unknown origin, sauces, and salads of unknown production and validity, in addition to fruits and vegetables that showed signs of spoilage and mold, all under the supervision of specialists and in accordance with regulatory procedures.
