عبر عبدالإله العمري مدافع المنتخب السعودي عن سعادته بتسجيله أول أهدافه مع "الأخضر" في نهائيات كأس العالم 2026، وذلك بعد التعادل المثير 1-1 أمام أوروجواي في الجولة الأولى.
وكتب العمري عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»: «الحمد لله، سعيد بتسجيل أول أهدافي مع المنتخب في كأس العالم. كنا نطمح لتحقيق الثلاث نقاط، لكن سنواصل العمل والقتال في المباريات القادمة».
وأضاف مدافع النصر: «نشكر جماهيرنا على دعمهم المستمر، والقادم أجمل بإذن الله »، مؤكداً عزيمة اللاعبين على تعويض النقطتين الضائعتين في الجولتين المقبلتين من المجموعة الثامنة.

Saudi national team defender Abdulilah Al-Amri expressed his happiness at scoring his first goal with the "Green" team in the 2026 World Cup finals, following the thrilling 1-1 draw against Uruguay in the first round.
Al-Amri wrote on his account on the "X" platform: "Thank God, I am happy to score my first goal with the national team in the World Cup. We aimed to achieve three points, but we will continue to work and fight in the upcoming matches."
The Al-Nasr defender added: "We thank our fans for their continuous support, and the best is yet to come, God willing," affirming the players' determination to make up for the two lost points in the next two matches of Group H.
Al-Amri's goal earned Saudi Arabia a valuable point against Uruguay and revived hope among the fans for continuing their World Cup journey.
