حقق فريق أرسنال فوزاً مهماً بعد تفوقه على جاره ومنافسه فريق تشيلسي في (ديربي لندن) بهدفين لهدف، في اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما على ملعب الإمارات ضمن لقاءات الجولة 28 للدور الإنجليزي الممتاز.
شهد اللقاء بداية قوية من الفريقين لا سيما فريق أرسنال الذي استحوذ على الكرة وشن عدة هجمات وتمكن مدافعه ويليام ساليبا من إحراز الهدف الأول لفريقه (د: 21)، وفي الوقت بدل الضائع من الشوط الأول أدرك تشيلسي التعادل مستفيداً من مدافع أرسنال بيبرو هينكابي (د: 45+2).
وفي الشوط الثاني، اشتعلت أجواء المباراة إذ بحث كل فريق عن النقاط الثلاث واستطاع أرسنال أن يتقدم مجدداً عن طريق لاعبه يوريان تيمبر (د: 66)، وأكمل تشيلسي المباراة بعشرة لاعبين بعد طرد لاعبه بيدرو نيتو في الدقيقة 70 من عمر اللقاء، ورغم النقص تمكن تشيلسي من إحراز الهدف الثاني ولكن راية التسلل كانت حاضرة لوقوع مهاجمه جواو بيدرو في مصيدة التسلل، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز أرسنال بهدفين لهدف.
وبهذه النتيجة يحقق أرسنال فوزه الـ19 ويصل للنقطة 64 ومنفرداً بصدارة الترتيب، فيما تلقى تشيلسي الخسارة الـ7 وتجمد رصيده عند 45 نقطة وفي المركز السادس.
The Arsenal team achieved an important victory after defeating their neighbor and rival Chelsea in the (London Derby) with a score of two to one, in the match held at the Emirates Stadium as part of the 28th round of the English Premier League.
The match witnessed a strong start from both teams, especially Arsenal, who dominated possession and launched several attacks. Their defender William Saliba managed to score the first goal for his team (21st minute). In stoppage time of the first half, Chelsea equalized, benefiting from Arsenal defender Pépé Hincapié (45+2).
In the second half, the atmosphere of the match intensified as both teams sought the three points. Arsenal managed to take the lead again through their player Jurriën Timber (66th minute). Chelsea continued the match with ten players after their player Pedro Neto was sent off in the 70th minute of the match. Despite the numerical disadvantage, Chelsea managed to score a second goal, but the offside flag was raised as their striker João Pedro was caught in an offside trap, ending the match with Arsenal winning two to one.
With this result, Arsenal achieves their 19th victory and reaches 64 points, sitting alone at the top of the standings, while Chelsea suffers their 7th loss, remaining at 45 points in sixth place.
