بعد رحيل الفرنسي «كريم بنزيما» من نادي الاتحاد إلى نظيره الهلال، وفر النادي الغربي 14 وظيفة إضافية ميزانية أجار دور كامل في أحد الفنادق الـ5 نجوم المطلة على البحر الأحمر، إذ يحيط بـ«بنزيما» طاقم أمني وشخصي مكثف لضمان سلامته وخصوصيته، من بينهم 4 حراس أمن متخصصين لحمايته وعائلته إضافة إلى شيف ومحضري طعام ومصفف شعر ومسؤول ملابس وأخصائي مساج ومسؤول تغذية ومدرب خاص وسائق خاص.
سندي يعلن مكاسب مادية
من جانبه أكد رئيس نادي الاتحاد السعودي فهد سندي، أنه اُتخذ القرار المناسب بشأن رحيل الفرنسي كريم بنزيما، عن الفريق في فترة الانتقالات الشتوية 2026، لافتاً إلى أن الاتحاد استفاد ماليا من خروج اللاعب، ولم يكشف «سندي» تفاصيل الصفقة، حيث اكتفى من خلال بيان رسمي بالإعلان عن إنهاء التعاقد وديا، وقال:«غير صحيح ما تردد حول أن ذلك الرحيل أثَّر على الوضع المادي لنا، لكنني لا أستطيع الكشف عن هذه الأمور لأنها خاصة بالنادي»، وأضاف:«كان من المفترض استمراره في الفترة الشتوية، مع التعاقد مع مهاجم مواليد (تحت عمر 21 عاما)، بالإضافة إلى ضم مدافع سعودي، أو أجنبي للبطولة الآسيوية، وكانت تلك نواقص الفريق لكن بعد وصول معطيات تؤكد عدم رغبة اللاعب في الاستمرار، أصبح خروجه أمرا حتميا، وهو ما أثر على خطط النادي في فترة الانتقالات الشتوية».
عقد العام والنصف
يذكر أن «كريم بنزيما» انضم إلى صفوف نادي الهلال بعقد لمدة عام ونصف العام مع متصدر دوري روشن الحالي، الذي يتربع على قمة الجدول بفارق نقطة واحدة عن جاره النصر، وتوج «بنزيما» مع ناديه السابق الاتحاد بلقب الدوري وكأس الملك، وشارك في 64 مباراة في دوري روشن السعودي مع فريقه السابق الاتحاد، وسجل 38 هدفا، منها 8 أهداف خلال 14 مباراة خاضها هذا الموسم.
ظهور أول وهاتريك
نجح «بنزيما» في حصد أول جائزة له بقميص الهلال بعد ظهوره المميز في مواجهة الأخدود التي انتهت بفوز فريقه بنتيجة 6-0 ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ21 من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، سجل نصفها «هاتيرك»، ونال الهدف الأول الذي سجله بالكعب، جائزة أفضل هدف في الجولة الـ21.

Sindi announces financial gains
For his part, the president of Al-Ittihad Club, Fahd Sindi, confirmed that the appropriate decision was made regarding the departure of the French player Karim Benzema from the team during the winter transfer window of 2026, pointing out that Al-Ittihad benefited financially from the player's exit. Sindi did not disclose the details of the deal, stating in an official statement that the contract was terminated amicably. He said, "It is not true that this departure affected our financial situation, but I cannot disclose these matters as they are private to the club." He added, "He was supposed to continue during the winter period, along with signing a striker under the age of 21, in addition to acquiring a Saudi or foreign defender for the Asian championship. These were the team's deficiencies, but after receiving information confirming the player's unwillingness to continue, his exit became inevitable, which affected the club's plans for the winter transfer window."
A year and a half contract
It is worth mentioning that "Karim Benzema" joined Al-Hilal Club with a contract for a year and a half with the current leader of the Roshan League, which sits at the top of the table with a one-point lead over its neighbor Al-Nassr. Benzema won the league title and the King’s Cup with his former club Al-Ittihad, participating in 64 matches in the Saudi Roshan League with his previous team Al-Ittihad, scoring 38 goals, including 8 goals in 14 matches he played this season.
First appearance and hat-trick
Benzema succeeded in winning his first award with the Al-Hilal jersey after his impressive performance in the match against Al-Akhidood, which ended with his team winning 6-0 in the 21st round of the Saudi Professional League. He scored half of the goals, achieving a hat-trick, and the first goal he scored with a backheel won the award for the best goal in the 21st round.
