اعتذر المدير الرياضي للنادي الأهلي، روي بيدرو، للثنائي البرتغالي في صفوف النصر كريستيانو رونالدو وجواو فيليكس، عقب الجدل الذي صاحب احتفاله بفوز فريقه في الكلاسيكو، (الجمعة)، ضمن منافسات دوري روشن السعودي.
مشادة بعد نهاية الكلاسيكو
وتفوق الأهلي على النصر بنتيجة 3-2، ليدخل بيدرو أرضية الملعب عقب صافرة النهاية محتفلاً مع حارس الفريق عبدالرحمن الصانبي، قبل أن يمر بجانب رونالدو وفيليكس، الأمر الذي فسره نجما النصر على أنه محاولة استفزاز، ما أدى إلى مشادة لم تستمر سوى ثوانٍ معدودة.
رسالة للصانبي
وكتب روي بيدرو عبر حسابه على موقع «إنستغرام»: «انتصار مذهل على أقوى خصومنا هذا الموسم، ليلة مميزة لأبنائنا الذين أظهروا لجماهيرنا قوة وتماسكاً في وجه الصعاب».
وأضاف موجّهاً حديثه لحارس الفريق: «نسقط معاً وننهض معاً، لن نستسلم أبداً، سنبقى مع الأهلي حتى النهاية».
اعتذار علني
وتابع بيدرو في رسالته: «أتقدم باعتذار علني للاعبين البرتغاليين المحترفين الرائعين من النصر، عن سوء الفهم الذي حدث على أرض الملعب بعد صافرة النهاية».
«خطأ مؤسف ولحظة غفلة»
وأوضح المدير الرياضي للأهلي: «أكنّ لهم جميعاً أعمق الإعجاب والاحترام، وقد غلبني التركيز على الاحتفال مع حارس مرمانا بعد ما حدث في الشوط الأول، ما حدث لم يكن نابعاً من سوء نية، بل كان مجرد خطأ مؤسف ولحظة غفلة».

واختتم رسالته قائلاً: «نتمنى التوفيق للنصر ونهنئهم على الموسم الرائع الذي يقدمونه حتى الآن، والآن نغلق الصفحة ونركز على مباراتنا القادمة».

Al-Ahly defeated Al-Nassr 3-2, and Pedro entered the pitch after the final whistle, celebrating with the team's goalkeeper Abdulrahman Al-Sanbi, before passing by Ronaldo and Félix, an action that the two Al-Nassr stars interpreted as a provocation, leading to a brief altercation that lasted only a few seconds.
Message to Al-Sanbi
Rui Pedro wrote on his Instagram account: "An amazing victory against our strongest opponents this season, a special night for our boys who showed our fans strength and cohesion in the face of difficulties."
He added, addressing the team's goalkeeper: "We fall together and rise together, we will never give up, we will stay with Al-Ahly until the end."
Public Apology
Pedro continued in his message: "I offer a public apology to the wonderful Portuguese professional players from Al-Nassr, for the misunderstanding that occurred on the pitch after the final whistle."

The sports director of Al-Ahly explained: "I hold them all in the deepest admiration and respect, and I was overwhelmed by the focus on celebrating with our goalkeeper after what happened in the first half.
