ضرب فريق بولونيا موعداً مع نظيرة نابولي في نهائي السوبر الإيطالي الإثنين القادم لتحديد بطل النسخة (38) من المسابقه نفسها، بعد أن تمكّن بولونيا من حجز مقعده في المباراة النهائية إثر فوزه على فريق إنتر ميلان عبر ركلات الترجيح بنتيجة (3-2)، بعد انتهاء الوقت الأصلي بالتعادل الإيجابي بهدف لمثله، في ثاني مواجهات الدور نصف النهائي، التي أقيمت على ملعب الأول بارك بمدينة الرياض.
وانطلقت المباراة بإيقاع سريع، إذ لم يتأخر إنتر ميلان في افتتاح التسجيل عبر لاعبه الفرنسي ماركوس تورام، بعد مرور 75 ثانية فقط على صافرة البداية، وعلى الرغم من هذا التقدم المبكر، أظهر بولونيا، الذي لم يخسر أمام إنتر ميلان في 5 من آخر 6 مواجهات سابقة بينهما، روحاً قتالية عالية وإصراراً كبيراً، وتمكن من تعديل النتيجة قبل نهاية الشوط الأول عبر ركلة جزاء نفذها اللاعب الإيطالي ريكاردو أورسوليني في الدقيقة 36، لينتهي الشوط الأول بالتعادل، بعد سيطرة ملحوظة من جانب بولونيا الذي هدد مرمى إنتر ميلان في مناسبات عدة.
واستمر التعادل الإيجابي بهدف لمثله حتى نهاية الوقت الأصلي، ليتجه الفريقان إلى ركلات الترجيح، التي حسمها فريق بولونيا لصالحه بنتيجة (3-2)، ليحقق بذلك فوزاً مستحقاً وتاريخياً أهّله للمباراة النهائية.
The Bologna team has scheduled a match against Napoli in the Italian Super Cup final next Monday to determine the champion of the (38th) edition of the same competition, after Bologna managed to secure its place in the final match by defeating Inter Milan through penalties with a score of (3-2), following a positive draw of one goal each at the end of regular time, in the second match of the semi-finals, which took place at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh.
The match started at a fast pace, as Inter Milan did not take long to open the scoring through their French player Marcus Thuram, just 75 seconds after the referee's whistle. Despite this early lead, Bologna, which had not lost to Inter Milan in 5 of the last 6 encounters between them, showed great fighting spirit and determination, managing to equalize before the end of the first half with a penalty executed by Italian player Riccardo Orsolini in the 36th minute, ending the first half in a draw, after Bologna had a noticeable control, threatening Inter Milan's goal on several occasions.
The positive draw of one goal each continued until the end of regular time, leading both teams to penalties, which Bologna won with a score of (3-2), thus achieving a deserved and historic victory that qualified them for the final match.
