أكد خبير اللوائح والقوانين الرياضية، المصري محمد بيومي، أن قرار الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) بشأن برونزية كأس العرب 2025 يُعد سليماً من الناحية القانونية، بشرط اتفاق جميع الأطراف المعنية.
الأمطار تُنهي المباراة
وتسببت الأمطار الغزيرة في تأجيل مباراة السعودية والإمارات، المخصصة لتحديد المركزين الثالث والرابع، أمس (الخميس)، عقب نهاية الشوط الأول بالتعادل السلبي.
وقرر «فيفا» لاحقاً اعتبار المباراة منتهية بنتيجة 0-0، مع تقاسم المنتخبين المركز الثالث، وتوزيع الجوائز المالية المخصصة للمركزين الثالث والرابع بينهما بالتساوي.
تفسير قانوني للقرار
وقال محمد بيومي في تصريحات خاصة لـ«عكاظ»: «تنص اللوائح على أنه في حال توقف المباراة بسبب ظروف قاهرة، مثل سوء الأحوال الجوية، يجب استئنافها بنفس اللاعبين والحكام ومن الدقيقة التي توقف عندها اللعب، متى ما سمحت الظروف بذلك».
وأضاف: «لكن في حالة مباراة السعودية والإمارات، فإن قرار «فيفا» يُعد قانونياً وسليماً بشرط موافقة جميع الأطراف، وهو ما أرجّح أنه قد حدث».
المغرب بطل كأس العرب
يُذكر أن المنتخب المغربي تُوّج بلقب كأس العرب 2025 بعد فوزه على نظيره الأردني بنتيجة 3-2، في المباراة النهائية التي أُقيمت على ملعب «لوسيل».

The Rain Ends the Match
Heavy rain caused the postponement of the match between Saudi Arabia and the UAE, designated to determine the third and fourth places, yesterday (Thursday), after the first half ended in a goalless draw.
FIFA later decided to consider the match concluded with a score of 0-0, with both teams sharing third place and distributing the financial prizes allocated for the third and fourth places equally between them.
Legal Interpretation of the Decision
Mohamed Bayoumi stated in exclusive remarks to “Okaz”: “The regulations stipulate that if a match is halted due to force majeure circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, it must be resumed with the same players and referees from the minute the play was stopped, whenever conditions allow for that.”
He added: “However, in the case of the Saudi Arabia and UAE match, FIFA's decision is legal and sound, provided that all parties agree, which I suspect has occurred.”
Morocco, Arab Cup Champion
It is worth mentioning that the Moroccan national team was crowned the champion of the Arab Cup 2025 after defeating their Jordanian counterpart with a score of 3-2 in the final match held at the “Lusail” Stadium.
