في فصل جديد من النزاع القانوني الذي لا يزال يطارد أحد أشهر الثنائيات في هوليوود، حقق النجم الأمريكي براد بيت خطوة قانونية مهمة في معركته مع زوجته السابقة أنجلينا جولي. حكم قضائي حديث أعاد تسليط الضوء على كواليس الخلاف، بعد إلزام جولي بالكشف عن رسائل خاصة تتعلق ببيع حصتها في المشروع، ما قد يقلب موازين القضية ويفتح الباب أمام تطورات غير متوقعة.
وبحسب وثائق قضائية اطّلعت عليها صحيفة Page Six، قضى أحد القضاة لمصلحة بيت، نجم فيلم F1، وأمر أنجلينا جولي بتسليم رسائل بريد إلكتروني ورسائل نصية مرتبطة بعملية بيع حصتها من المصنع -سبب الخلاف-، الذي اشتراه الزوجان خلال فترة زواجهما.
ومنحت المحكمة الممثلة الأمريكية، البالغة من العمر 50 عاماً، مهلة 45 يوماً لتقديم هذه المراسلات.
ونقل الموقع عن مصدر مطلع قوله إن هذه الرسائل «قد تُظهر أن جولي لم تكن واضحة منذ البداية بشأن نياتها الحقيقية في بيع حصتها».
وفي المقابل، أعرب محامي أنجلينا جولي، بول مورفي، عن خيبة أمل فريق الدفاع من قرار المحكمة، معتبراً أنه «ينتهك قانون السرية في ولاية كاليفورنيا ويقوّض حق موكلته في محاكمة عادلة»، مؤكداً نيتهم استئناف الحكم.
ويأتي هذا التطور ضمن الدعوى التي رفعها بيت ضد جولي، متهماً إياها ببيع حصتها في مزرعة العنب إلى مجموعة «ستولي» عام 2021 من دون الالتزام باتفاق سابق بين الطرفين يقضي بعدم بيع أي حصة دون التشاور المتبادل.
وتعود جذور الخلاف إلى شراء العقار عام 2008 مقابل 28.4 مليون دولار، إذ كان الزوجان السابقان، اللذان تزوجا عام 2014 وانفصلا عام 2019، يخططان لتحويله إلى مشروع عائلي. ولا تزال القضية مفتوحة وسط تصاعد المواجهة القانونية بين الطرفين.

A recent court ruling has shed light on the behind-the-scenes of the conflict, after Jolie was ordered to disclose private messages related to the sale of her share in the project, which could shift the balance of the case and open the door to unexpected developments.
According to court documents reviewed by Page Six, a judge ruled in favor of Pitt, the star of the film F1, and ordered Angelina Jolie to hand over emails and text messages related to the sale of her share in the winery—the cause of the dispute—which the couple purchased during their marriage.
The court granted the 50-year-old American actress a 45-day deadline to provide this correspondence.
The site quoted an informed source as saying that these messages "could show that Jolie was not clear from the beginning about her true intentions regarding the sale of her share."
In contrast, Angelina Jolie's attorney, Paul Murphy, expressed the defense team's disappointment with the court's decision, considering it "a violation of California's confidentiality law and undermines his client's right to a fair trial," confirming their intention to appeal the ruling.
This development comes as part of the lawsuit Pitt filed against Jolie, accusing her of selling her share in the vineyard to the Stoli Group in 2021 without adhering to a prior agreement between the two parties that stipulated no share could be sold without mutual consultation.
The roots of the dispute trace back to the purchase of the property in 2008 for $28.4 million, as the former couple, who married in 2014 and separated in 2019, planned to turn it into a family project. The case remains open amid escalating legal confrontations between the two parties.
