شهد مطار الملك خالد الدولي بالرياض اليوم (الجمعة) توقفًا مؤقتًا في العمليات التشغيلية، ما أدى إلى تأخير عدد من رحلات الخطوط السعودية وإلغاء بعض الرحلات القادمة والمغادرة بسبب تحدٍ تشغيلي مؤقت.
وأوضحت شركة الخطوط السعودية أنها تعمل بشكل مباشر مع إدارة مطارات الرياض لمعالجة الوضع، وتقوم بالتواصل مع المسافرين المتأثرين عبر قنوات متعددة، مع إعفائهم من أي تكاليف إضافية تتعلق بتغيير الحجوزات.
ودعت الشركة المسافرين إلى التحقق من حالة رحلاتهم قبل التوجه إلى المطار، مؤكدة أن فرق العمل تبذل كل جهودها لإعادة الأمور إلى طبيعتها في أسرع وقت ممكن، مع تقديرها لصبر المسافرين وتفهمهم للظروف الخارجة عن إرادتها.
