حقق لاعب المنتخب السعودي للملاكمة التايلندية عامر العنزي المركز الثاني والميدالية الفضية لمنافسات وزن (67) كيلوغراماً، ضمن منافسات المواي تاي، التي اختتمت أمس في المسار الرياضي «برج الفنون»، ضمن دورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي السادسة «الرياض 2025»، بحضور نائب رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية الأمير فهد بن جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد.
وحصد العنزي الفضية بعد خسارته في النهائي أمام الإماراتي محمد مرضي، رافعاً بذلك الرصيد السعودي من الميداليات إلى (25) ميدالية (5 ذهبيات، 2 فضية، 18 برونزية).
وشهد ختام المواي تاي تقليد لاعبي فريق السعودية سهى الفار ببرونزية منافسات وزن (57) كيلوغراماً، وعناد باعويضان ببرونزية وزن (75) كيلوغراماً.
The Saudi national team player in Muay Thai, Amer Al-Anzi, achieved second place and the silver medal in the (67) kilogram weight category, during the Muay Thai competitions that concluded yesterday at the sports venue "Arts Tower," as part of the sixth Islamic Solidarity Games "Riyadh 2025," in the presence of the Vice President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Prince Fahd bin Jiluwi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid.
Al-Anzi won the silver after losing in the final to the Emirati Muhammad Mardhi, thus raising the Saudi medal tally to (25) medals (5 gold, 2 silver, 18 bronze).
The conclusion of the Muay Thai competitions also saw the awarding of bronze medals to the Saudi team players Suha Al-Far in the (57) kilogram weight category and Anad Ba'awidan in the (75) kilogram weight category.
