اللامي لـ«عكاظ»: سندي يستحق رئاسة الاتحاد

Member of the Honorary Board of Al-Ittihad Club and former General Supervisor of Youth Categories, Mohammed Talat Al-Lami, confirmed to "Okaz" that Engineer Fahd Sindi is the right man and deserves to lead Al-Ittihad Club in the upcoming phase, expressing his confidence in the board of directors that includes capable names that can provide outstanding work in the interest of the club.

Al-Lami explained that Engineer Fahd Sindi has great ability to lead the club to achieve more accomplishments in the new sports season.

He praised the unity of Al-Ittihad supporters around the club and their support for stability by having Engineer Fahd Sindi as the president, which will contribute to supporting the club's journey and winning championships in the upcoming season.

Al-Lami concluded his remarks by saying: "The sports administration led by the Spaniard Planes is capable of preparing all the technical needs that contribute to strengthening the Al-Ittihad team's power and its ability to compete for championships locally and continentally in the new season."

On another note, the Al-Ittihad team continues its current camp in the Algarve, Portugal, where coach Laurent Blanc is working to utilize the camp to properly prepare the players before the Al-Ittihad team faces Al-Nasr at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19, at Hong Kong International Stadium in the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup.
