أعلنت وكالة الأنباء العمانية الرسمية، أن ناقلة نفط ترفع علم جمهورية جزر مارشال تعرضت لهجوم بواسطة زورق مسيّر، على بعد 52 ميلاً بحرياً قبالة سواحل محافظة مسقط.
وأضافت الوكالة أن الهجوم تسبب في اندلاع حريق وانفجار في غرفة المحركات الرئيسية للناقلة MKD VYOM، ما أدى إلى وفاة أحد أفراد الطاقم من الجنسية الهندية. ولفتت إلى أن حمولة الناقلة تقدر بـ59 ألفاً و463 طناً مترياً.
وأضافت أنه بالتنسيق مع مركز الأمن البحري، تم إخلاء طاقم الناقلة المكون من 21 شخصاً، بينهم 12 من الجنسية الهندية و4 من الجنسية البنغلاديشية، وشخص واحد من الجنسية الأوكرانية.
وأفادت بأن إحدى سفن أسطول البحرية العُمانية تتابع حالة الناقلة المتضررة، تقوم بإصدار التحذيرات اللازمة للسفن العابرة في المنطقة البحرية ذاتها، بحسب ما أوردت الوكالة الرسمية.
إصابة سفينة في ميناء البحرين
وقالت هيئة عمليات التجارة البحرية البريطانية، إنها تلقت بلاغاً عن حادث في ميناء البحرين، حيث أُصيبت سفينة بمقذوفين مجهولين، ما أدى إلى اندلاع حريق. وأضافت الهيئة أنه تم إخماد الحريق، وبقيت السفينة في الميناء، وتم إجلاء الطاقم وهم في أمان.
اعتراض مسيّرة إيرانية في رأس الخيمة
وأفاد مكتب حكومة رأس الخيمة، في الإمارات بأن «الجهات المعنية في الإمارة تعاملت مع حادثة في منطقة قرية الحمراء صباح (الإثنين)، ناتجة عن سقوط شظايا إثر الاعتراض الناجح للدفاعات الجوية لطائرة مسيّرة».
وأشار المكتب في بيان، إلى أنه لم يتم تسجيل أي إصابات في هذه الحادثة.
صفارات إنذار في إسرائيل
وأعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي، رصد دفعة جديدة من الصواريخ البالستية الإيرانية، فيما دوّت صفارات الإنذار في وسط إسرائيل، بما في ذلك تل أبيب.
وأعلنت هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني في الأردن، عن إغلاق جزئي ومؤقت للمجال الجوي للأردن.
وقالت هيئة الطيران إن «هذا الإجراء سيُطبق بشكل يومي»، مشيرة إلى أن «الإغلاق يبدأ من السادسة مساءً وحتى التاسعة صباحاً من اليوم التالي، وسيبقى العمل بهذا القرار سارياً اعتباراً من الليلة وحتى إشعارٍ آخر، ضماناً لسلامة وأمن الطيران المدني في الأجواء الأردنية».
The official Oman News Agency announced that an oil tanker flying the flag of the Republic of the Marshall Islands was attacked by a drone, 52 nautical miles off the coast of Muscat Governorate.
The agency added that the attack caused a fire and an explosion in the main engine room of the tanker MKD VYOM, resulting in the death of one crew member of Indian nationality. It noted that the tanker’s cargo is estimated at 59,463 metric tons.
It added that, in coordination with the Maritime Security Center, the crew of the tanker, consisting of 21 people, including 12 of Indian nationality, 4 of Bangladeshi nationality, and one of Ukrainian nationality, was evacuated.
It reported that one of the ships from the Omani Navy fleet is monitoring the condition of the damaged tanker and issuing necessary warnings to passing ships in the same maritime area, according to what the official agency reported.
Vessel Injured in Bahrain Port
The British Maritime Trade Operations agency stated that it received a report about an incident in Bahrain port, where a vessel was hit by two unknown projectiles, resulting in a fire. The agency added that the fire was extinguished, and the vessel remained in the port, with the crew evacuated and safe.
Iranian Drone Intercepted in Ras Al Khaimah
The Ras Al Khaimah Government Office in the UAE reported that “the relevant authorities in the emirate dealt with an incident in the Al Hamra village area on Monday morning, resulting from debris falling after the successful interception of a drone by air defenses.”
The office indicated in a statement that no injuries were recorded in this incident.
Sirens in Israel
The Israeli army announced the detection of a new batch of Iranian ballistic missiles, while sirens sounded in central Israel, including Tel Aviv.
The Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Authority announced a partial and temporary closure of Jordan's airspace.
The aviation authority stated that “this measure will be applied daily,” noting that “the closure will start from 6 PM until 9 AM the following day, and this decision will remain in effect from tonight until further notice, ensuring the safety and security of civil aviation in Jordanian airspace.”
