حققت جامعة القصيم لقب بطولة كرة الطاولة للجامعات التي نظمها الاتحاد السعودي للرياضة الجامعية في الموسم الـ16 لبطولاته، واختتمت أمس (السبت) باستضافة جامعة الملك خالد بأبها على مدار 4 أيام، بمشاركة 148 طالباً مثلوا 35 جامعة وكلية.
ونالت جامعة القصيم اللقب بحصولها على المركز الأول في الترتيب العام برصيد 1270 نقطة، وجاءت جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل في المركز الثاني بـ990 نقطة، فيما احتلت جامعة جدة المركز الثالث بحصولها على 940 نقطة، إذ شهد الحفل الختامي تتويج الفائزين بالكؤوس والميداليات الذهبية والفضية والبرونزية، بحضور مدير البطولة الدكتور أحمد السنتلي، وعميد شؤون الطلاب بجامعة الملك خالد الدكتور علي القحطاني.
وحققت جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن لقب بطولة السهام للطالبات، التي نظمها الاتحاد واستضافتها جامعة الملك سعود بالرياض، بمشاركة 78 طالبة مثلن 18 جامعة وكلية.
وتوجت مديرة البطولة الدكتورة نوف الحماد الجامعات الفائزة بالمراكز الأولى بالكؤوس والميداليات الذهبية والفضية والبرونزية، حيث نالت جامعة الأميرة نورة المركز الأول، وجاءت جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل بالمركز الثاني، وثالثاً جامعة الملك سعود، كما تم تكريم المشاركين والحكام.

The Qassim University achieved the title of the Table Tennis Championship for universities organized by the Saudi University Sports Federation in its 16th season, which concluded yesterday (Saturday) at King Khalid University in Abha over a period of 4 days, with the participation of 148 students representing 35 universities and colleges.
Qassim University won the title by securing first place in the overall ranking with a score of 1270 points, while Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University came in second with 990 points, and Jeddah University occupied third place with 940 points. The closing ceremony witnessed the awarding of winners with trophies and gold, silver, and bronze medals, in the presence of the tournament director Dr. Ahmed Al-Santali and the Dean of Student Affairs at King Khalid University Dr. Ali Al-Qahtani.
Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University won the title of the Archery Championship for female students, which was organized by the federation and hosted by King Saud University in Riyadh, with the participation of 78 female students representing 18 universities and colleges.
The tournament director Dr. Nouf Al-Hammad awarded the winning universities in the top positions with trophies and gold, silver, and bronze medals, where Princess Nourah University took first place, Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University came in second, and King Saud University took third place. Participants and referees were also honored.
