رفض نادي أرسنال الاستجابة للمطالب المالية التي وضعها باريس سان جيرمان للتخلي عن جناحه الفرنسي برادلي باركولا خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية، في ظل استمرار المفاوضات بين الطرفين.
وذكرت صحيفة ليكيب الفرنسية أن إدارة باريس سان جيرمان تتمسك بالحصول على 120 مليون يورو مقابل بيع اللاعب البالغ من العمر 23 عاماً، إلا أن أرسنال يعتبر هذا الرقم مبالغاً فيه، إذ يقيّم قيمة باركولا بنحو 90 مليون يورو فقط، ما أوجد فجوة واضحة في تقييم الصفقة بين الناديين.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن باركولا أرجأ محادثات تجديد عقده مع بطل فرنسا، وهو ما عزز التكهنات بإمكانية رحيله هذا الصيف، خصوصاً مع اهتمام عدد من الأندية الأوروبية الكبرى بخدماته، أبرزها ليفربول، وبايرن ميونخ، إلى جانب أرسنال.
وفي السياق ذاته، أفادت شبكة فوت ميركاتو الفرنسية بأن اللاعب يفضل الانتقال إلى صفوف ليفربول إذا قرر مغادرة باريس سان جيرمان، بينما يواصل أرسنال تمسكه بسقف مالي محدد، رافضاً الدخول في صفقة تتجاوز ميزانيته المخصصة للتعاقدات.
ويرى مسؤولو النادي اللندني أن قيمة باركولا السوقية لا تبرر المبلغ الذي يطلبه باريس سان جيرمان، وهو ما قد يدفع المفاوضات إلى مزيد من التعقيد خلال الأيام القادمة.
Arsenal has refused to meet the financial demands set by Paris Saint-Germain for the transfer of their French winger Bradley Barcola during the summer transfer window, as negotiations between the two parties continue.
French newspaper L'Équipe reported that Paris Saint-Germain's management insists on receiving €120 million for the sale of the 23-year-old player, while Arsenal considers this figure to be exaggerated, valuing Barcola at around €90 million only, which has created a clear gap in the valuation of the deal between the two clubs.
The newspaper indicated that Barcola has postponed discussions regarding the renewal of his contract with the French champions, which has fueled speculation about his potential departure this summer, especially with interest from several major European clubs in his services, most notably Liverpool and Bayern Munich, in addition to Arsenal.
In this context, French network Foot Mercato reported that the player prefers to move to Liverpool if he decides to leave Paris Saint-Germain, while Arsenal continues to adhere to a specific financial ceiling, refusing to engage in a deal that exceeds their budget allocated for transfers.
Officials at the London club believe that Barcola's market value does not justify the amount requested by Paris Saint-Germain, which could complicate negotiations further in the coming days.
