أعلن نادي فيتوريا البرازيلي، تعاقده مع رومارينيو بعد 11 عاماً قضاها اللاعب في الدوريات الخليجية.
وأوضح النادي في بيان عبر موقعه الإلكتروني، أن رومارينيو (34 عاماً) وقع عقداً حتى 2026، بعد اجتياره الفحوصات الطبية والاختبارات البدنية.
وكان رومارينيو بدأ رحلته الخليجية عام 2014 بالانضمام إلى الجيش القطري ثم لعب للجزيرة الإماراتي قبل أن يخوض تجربتين في الدوري السعودي مع الاتحاد ونيوم.
تجربة رومارينيو مع الاتحاد هي الأكثر نجاحاً خلال رحلته بالدوريات الخليجية، ولعب في صفوف العميد خلال الفترة من 2018 إلى 2024، وشارك في 216 مباراة، سجل 99 هدفاً وقدم 31 تمريرة حاسمة، وتُوج معه بلقبَي الدوري السعودي والسوبر المحلي.
آخر تجارب رومارينيو الخليجية كانت مع الريان القطري الموسم الماضي (2024-2025)، قبل أن يعود للدوري البرازيلي.
The Brazilian club Vitória announced its signing of Romarinho after the player spent 11 years in the Gulf leagues.
The club clarified in a statement on its website that Romarinho (34 years old) signed a contract until 2026, after passing the medical examinations and physical tests.
Romarinho began his Gulf journey in 2014 by joining the Qatari Army, then played for Al-Jazira in the UAE before experiencing two stints in the Saudi league with Al-Ittihad and Neom.
Romarinho's experience with Al-Ittihad is the most successful during his time in the Gulf leagues, as he played for the club from 2018 to 2024, participating in 216 matches, scoring 99 goals, and providing 31 assists, and he won both the Saudi league and the local Super Cup with them.
Romarinho's last Gulf experience was with Al-Rayyan in Qatar last season (2024-2025), before returning to the Brazilian league.
