أكد تقرير صحفي، اقتراب الأهلي من التعاقد مع ماتيو أليماني، المدير الرياضي السابق لنادي برشلونة، لتولي منصب المدير التنفيذي.
وبحسب صحيفة «سبورت» الإسبانية، فإن إدارة الراقي تتفاوض مع ماتيو أليماني (المٌلقب بمهندس الصفقات) لتولي منصب المدير التنفيذي الرياضي، بعد نحو عامين من رحيله عن برشلونة.
وأضافت أن المفاوضات بين الأهلي وماتيو أليماني وصلت إلى مراحل متقدمة، ما يغلق الباب أمام عودته إلى برشلونة أو التوقيع مع أي نادٍ إسباني، كما كان متوقعاً.
وغادر ماتيو أليماني برشلونة في سبتمبر 2023، وقد حققت شراكته الثنائية مع جوردي كرويف نجاحاً باهراً، لكنهما اختلفا في بعض النقاط مع ديكو، وأراد المدير الرياضي الحالي مزيداً من السيطرة وحرية التصرف لمواصلة مسيرته في النادي.

It added that the negotiations between Al-Ahli and Matteo Alemany have reached advanced stages, closing the door on his return to Barcelona or signing with any Spanish club, as was expected.
Matteo Alemany left Barcelona in September 2023, and his partnership with Jordi Cruyff was highly successful, but they disagreed on some points with Deco, and the current sporting director wanted more control and freedom to continue his career at the club.
