أعرب مصطفى يونس، نجم الأهلي المصري السابق، عن حزنه الشديد من زميله السابق ورئيس النادي الحالي محمود الخطيب.
وكان الأهلي قد أعلن أمس الإثنين، إحالة مصطفى يونس، عضو النادي، إلى التحقيق بمعرفة الشؤون القانونية، بشأن ما ورد على لسانه من وقائع واتهامات طالت الذمم المالية، مع إيقافه لحين انتهاء التحقيق، وذلك وفقاً للائحة النظام الأساسي للنادي، وفقاً لبيان النادي.
وقال يونس في تصريحات خاصة لـ«عكاظ»: «حزين من الخطيب؟ لا، مقهور منه، العلاقة بيننا منقطعة منذ سنوات طويلة، ولا داعي للحديث عن الأسباب».
وأضاف: «سأحضر التحقيق احتراماً للكيان، وليس للأشخاص، أنا لم أتهم مسؤولي الأهلي أو أي شخص بالسرقة، بل تحدثت بشكل عام وانتقدت صفقات النادي، وكذلك تقاضي المدرب السابق مارسيل كولر 17 مليون جنيه شهرياً لمدة 15 شهراً، من قرأ هذا العقد قبل توقيعه؟ هذه أمور يتحدث فيها الجميع، لكن عندما يتكلم مصطفى يونس، يصبح الكلام مؤلماً للبعض».
وختم قائلاً: «حتى الآن لم يُحدد موعد التحقيق، ولم يتواصل معي أحد من الأهلي، لا أحد يستطيع شطب عضويتي في الأهلي، فالشطب له شروط، ومن يجرؤ على شطب مصطفى يونس وتاريخ الأهلي؟! سأحضر التحقيق، وسأسألهم عن أمور لم أتحدث بها علناً».
Mustafa Younis, the former star of Al Ahly, expressed his deep sadness regarding his former colleague and current club president Mahmoud El Khatib.
Al Ahly announced yesterday, Monday, that Mustafa Younis, a club member, has been referred for investigation by the legal affairs department concerning statements he made that included allegations related to financial misconduct, with his suspension pending the conclusion of the investigation, according to the club's regulations, as stated in the club's announcement.
Younis said in exclusive statements to "Okaz": "Am I sad about El Khatib? No, I am frustrated with him. Our relationship has been severed for many years, and there is no need to discuss the reasons."
He added: "I will attend the investigation out of respect for the entity, not for the individuals. I did not accuse Al Ahly officials or anyone of theft; rather, I spoke generally and criticized the club's deals, as well as the former coach Marcel Kohler receiving 17 million pounds monthly for 15 months. Who read this contract before it was signed? These are matters everyone discusses, but when Mustafa Younis speaks, it becomes painful for some."
He concluded by saying: "So far, no date for the investigation has been set, and no one from Al Ahly has contacted me. No one can revoke my membership in Al Ahly, as there are conditions for revocation, and who would dare to revoke Mustafa Younis and the history of Al Ahly?! I will attend the investigation, and I will ask them about matters I have not publicly discussed."
