أعلنت وزارة الشباب والرياضة المصرية، اليوم (الأربعاء)، انتهاء أزمة أرض نادي الزمالك، بتوجيه من القيادة السياسية بالإسراع في إنهاء إجراءات تخصيص مساحة أرض للنادي في منطقة مميزة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة، على أن يقوم النادي بتقديم مشروع متكامل هندسياً ومالياً وقانونياً لاستغلالها.
دعم الدولة للأندية الشعبية
وأضاف بيان وزارة الشباب والرياضة أن قرار التخصيص جاء في ضوء حرص الدولة على تعزيز الدور المهم للأندية الرياضية، خصوصا الشعبية منها، في دعم القيم الإنسانية الرفيعة، والتنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة، واكتشاف المواهب الرياضية.
تعاون لإنشاء الفرع الجديد
وثمّن وزير الشباب والرياضة المصري جوهر نبيل التعاون البناء بين كافة مؤسسات الدولة ونادي الزمالك للوصول إلى أفضل الحلول بشأن إقامة فرعه الجديد في منطقة 6 أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة، مؤكداً أن هذا التخصيص جاء بناءً على دراسات فنية وتخطيطية متكاملة، وبالتنسيق مع مختلف الجهات المعنية، بهدف تعظيم الاستفادة من المشروع وتوفير المقومات اللازمة لتلبية احتياجات أعضاء وجماهير النادي.
سبب سحب أرض الفرع الجديد
وكانت وزارة الإسكان المصرية قد أعلنت في وقت سابق سحب أرض النادي بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، التي كانت مخصصة لإنشاء فرع جديد، بسبب «عدم الجدية في التنفيذ».
The Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports announced today (Wednesday) the resolution of the Zamalek Club land crisis, following directives from the political leadership to expedite the allocation of a plot of land for the club in a prime area in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate, with the club required to submit a comprehensive engineering, financial, and legal project for its utilization.
State support for popular clubs
The statement from the Ministry of Youth and Sports added that the allocation decision came in light of the state's commitment to enhancing the important role of sports clubs, especially popular ones, in promoting high human values, proper social upbringing, and discovering athletic talents.
Collaboration to establish the new branch
The Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, Jouhar Nabil, praised the constructive collaboration between all state institutions and Zamalek Club to reach the best solutions regarding the establishment of its new branch in the 6th of October area, Giza Governorate, confirming that this allocation was based on comprehensive technical and planning studies, in coordination with various concerned parties, aimed at maximizing the benefits of the project and providing the necessary resources to meet the needs of the club's members and fans.
Reason for withdrawing the land for the new branch
The Egyptian Ministry of Housing had previously announced the withdrawal of the club's land in 6th of October City, which was allocated for the establishment of a new branch, due to "lack of seriousness in execution."
