أطلقت منظمة حماية للتوجه المدني في مأرب اليوم (الإثنين)، نداءً عاجلاً لإغاثة أربع أسر تضررت منازلها جراء قصف صاروخي. وأكدت المنظمة سقوط ضحايا بينهم طفلان وفتاة بالغة، وإصابة أربع نساء وثلاثة أطفال آخرين جراء القصف الصاروخي الحوثي.
وفي صنعاء، واصلت المليشيا فرض أعباء إضافية على السكان، إذ رفعت بشكل مفاجئ سعر لتر البنزين إلى 525 ريالاً، لتبلغ قيمة 20 لتراً 10,500 ريال، بزيادة ألف ريال عن السعر السابق. وكانت وزارة حقوق الإنسان اليمنية دانت في وقت سابق بأشد العبارات التصعيد العسكري والانتهاكات الواسعة التي ارتكبتها مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية منذ الثالث من سبتمبر الجاري في عدد من مناطق تعز والحديدة ومأرب، مؤكدة أن حصيلة أولية للضحايا بلغت 150 مدنياً قتيلاً وأكثر من 200 جريح، فيما أجبر التصعيد نحو 85 ألف شخص على النزوح.
وقالت الوزارة، في بيان، إن الانتهاكات رافقها قصف بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيّرة ومختلف أنواع الأسلحة، استهدف مناطق مأهولة بالسكان ومخيمات النازحين وقوافل المدنيين الفارين من مناطق القتال، إلى جانب تدمير ممتلكات وحرمان أسر من مساكنها ومصادر رزقها وحاجاتها الأساسية.
وأشارت إلى أن بيانات المنظمة الدولية للهجرة أفادت بوصول نحو 2000 شخص إلى جيبوتي جراء التصعيد، بما يعكس اتساع التداعيات الإنسانية للعمليات العسكرية إلى خارج اليمن.
وفي الحديدة، وثقت الوزارة قصفاً مباشراً استهدف مدنيين أثناء نزوحهم من مديرية حيس، وأسفر عن سقوط عشرات القتلى والجرحى، فيما شهدت تعز قصفاً لمناطق سكنية، بينها الشقب، أسفر عن مقتل امرأة حامل وجنينها، إضافة إلى هجمات دفعت أعداداً من السكان إلى النزوح.
وطال القصف مناطق الساحل الغربي وتجمعات سكانية ومناطق نزوح، فيما تعرضت مخيمات وأحياء سكنية في مأرب لهجمات متكررة بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيّرة، أوقعت أطفالاً بين قتيل وجريح وعرّضت آلاف الأسر النازحة للخطر.
ولم تقتصر الانتهاكات على القصف، إذ شملت اقتحام ونهب مقار منظمات دولية ومنازل ومؤسسات حكومية، واختطاف صحفي وموظفين ومسؤولين حكوميين وعاملين في السلطة القضائية، إلى جانب بلاغات عن إعدامات ميدانية واستهداف جرحى داخل منشآت صحية.
وأكدت الوزارة أن استهداف المدنيين والنازحين وقوافلهم والمنشآت المدنية والطبية، إلى جانب القتل خارج نطاق القانون والإعدامات الميدانية والاختطاف والاحتجاز التعسفي ونهب الممتلكات، تمثل انتهاكات جسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وقد ترقى بعض الوقائع إلى جرائم حرب وفقاً لظروف كل حادثة وما يثبت بشأنها.
ودعت وزارة حقوق الإنسان المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة ومجلس حقوق الإنسان والمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان إلى تحرك عاجل لحماية المدنيين والنازحين، والإفراج عن المختطفين، والكشف عن مصير المفقودين، ودعم جهود التوثيق والتحقيق ومساءلة المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات وإنصاف المتضررين.
The Protection Organization for Civil Orientation in Marib launched an urgent appeal today (Monday) to assist four families whose homes were damaged due to rocket shelling. The organization confirmed that there were casualties, including two children and a young girl, as well as injuries to four women and three other children as a result of the Houthi rocket attacks.
In Sana'a, the militia continued to impose additional burdens on the residents, as it suddenly raised the price of a liter of gasoline to 525 riyals, bringing the cost of 20 liters to 10,500 riyals, an increase of one thousand riyals from the previous price. The Yemeni Ministry of Human Rights had previously condemned in the strongest terms the military escalation and widespread violations committed by the Houthi terrorist militia since September 3rd in several areas of Taiz, Hodeidah, and Marib, confirming that the preliminary toll of victims reached 150 civilians killed and more than 200 injured, while the escalation forced about 85,000 people to flee.
The ministry stated in a statement that the violations were accompanied by shelling with ballistic missiles, drones, and various types of weapons, targeting populated areas, displacement camps, and civilian convoys fleeing from combat zones, in addition to destroying property and depriving families of their homes, livelihoods, and basic needs.
It noted that data from the International Organization for Migration indicated that around 2,000 people had arrived in Djibouti due to the escalation, reflecting the widening humanitarian repercussions of military operations beyond Yemen.
In Hodeidah, the ministry documented direct shelling targeting civilians as they fled from the Hays district, resulting in dozens of casualties and injuries, while Taiz witnessed shelling of residential areas, including Al-Shuqab, which resulted in the death of a pregnant woman and her fetus, in addition to attacks that forced many residents to flee.
The shelling affected areas along the western coast, populated gatherings, and displacement areas, while camps and residential neighborhoods in Marib faced repeated attacks with ballistic missiles and drones, resulting in casualties among children and putting thousands of displaced families at risk.
The violations were not limited to shelling; they also included storming and looting the offices of international organizations, homes, and government institutions, as well as the abduction of journalists, employees, government officials, and judicial workers, along with reports of field executions and targeting the wounded inside health facilities.
The ministry affirmed that targeting civilians, the displaced, their convoys, and civilian and medical facilities, along with extrajudicial killings, field executions, abduction, arbitrary detention, and property theft, represent serious violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, and some incidents may amount to war crimes depending on the circumstances of each incident and the evidence regarding it.
The Ministry of Human Rights called on the international community, the United Nations, the Human Rights Council, and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to take urgent action to protect civilians and the displaced, to release the abducted, to reveal the fate of the missing, and to support efforts for documentation, investigation, accountability of those responsible for the violations, and to provide justice for the victims.
