أعلنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية اليوم (السبت) تحرير مديرية حيس جنوب الحديدة بالكامل والتقدم نحو مديرية الجراحي، مؤكدة أن هناك مناطق ريفية لم تكن محررة قبل التصعيد الحوثي واليوم تم تطهيرها بالكامل.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء اليمنية (سبأ) عن مصدر عسكري يمني قوله: «مدينة حيس كانت محررة، وظلت أجزاء من أرياف المديرية تحت سيطرة مليشيا الحوثي، قبل أن تتمكن القوات اليوم من تحرير كافة المناطق الريفية التابعة للمديرية وتأمينها بالكامل»، مؤكداً استعادة السيطرة على المناطق الواقعة في مفرق البرح، والتوغل باتجاه مواقع مليشيا الحوثي، وسط تراجع وفرار عناصرها، وسقوط عشرات القتلى والجرحى في صفوفها.

وذكر المصدر أن القوات تواصل تأمين المناطق المحررة وتثبيت مواقعها، عقب استكمال تحرير مديرية حيس بالكامل.
من جهة أخرى، قصفت مليشيا الحوثي ريف مديرية حيس مستهدفة قرى سكنية، عقب الخسائر الميدانية التي تكبدتها.
وقال مدير مكتب الإعلام في مديرية حيس حسام بكري إن القصف الحوثي استهدف بشكل مباشر قرى مأهولة بالسكان في ريف المديرية، ما أدى إلى مقتل وإصابة عدد من المدنيين، معظمهم من الأطفال، فضلاً عن إلحاق أضرار بالمنازل والممتلكات.
وأوضح أن القصف تزامن مع عملية عسكرية نوعية نفذتها القوات في عدة محاور ضمن جبهات جنوب الحديدة، في إطار العمليات الرامية إلى استعادة مواقع جديدة ودفع المليشيا بعيداً عن المناطق السكنية.
وفي ذات السياق، قال شهود عيان إن المليشيا قصفت أيضاً قرى عزلة البراشا في مديرية مقبنة غربي تعز، ما تسبب في أضرار مادية ووفاة عدد من المواشي.
من جانبه، أشاد الإعلام العسكري في المقاومة الوطنية بدور اليمنيين في رصد تحركات الحوثي والإبلاغ عنها، مؤكداً أن دور المواطنين كان محورياً في رصد التحركات العسكرية ومواقع إطلاق الصواريخ، وهو ما يعد ركيزة أساسية في إدارة المعركة وإحباط مخططات المليشيا.
The Yemeni armed forces announced today (Saturday) the complete liberation of the Hays district south of Al Hudaydah and the advance towards the Al-Jarahi district, confirming that there are rural areas that were not liberated before the Houthi escalation and have now been fully cleared.
The Yemeni news agency (Saba) quoted a Yemeni military source as saying: “The city of Hays was liberated, but parts of the rural areas of the district remained under the control of the Houthi militia, before the forces were able today to liberate all the rural areas belonging to the district and secure them completely,” confirming the restoration of control over the areas located at the Al-Barah junction and advancing towards Houthi militia positions, amid their retreat and flight, with dozens of their members killed and injured.

The source mentioned that the forces continue to secure the liberated areas and consolidate their positions, following the complete liberation of the Hays district.
On the other hand, the Houthi militia shelled the rural areas of Hays, targeting residential villages, following the field losses it incurred.
The director of the media office in the Hays district, Hossam Bakri, stated that the Houthi shelling directly targeted populated villages in the rural areas of the district, resulting in the death and injury of several civilians, most of whom were children, in addition to causing damage to homes and properties.
He explained that the shelling coincided with a qualitative military operation carried out by the forces on several fronts in southern Al Hudaydah, as part of the operations aimed at regaining new positions and pushing the militia away from residential areas.
In the same context, eyewitnesses reported that the militia also shelled the villages of the Al-Barasha isolation in the Maqbana district west of Taiz, causing material damage and the death of several livestock.
For its part, the military media in the national resistance praised the role of Yemenis in monitoring Houthi movements and reporting them, confirming that the role of citizens was pivotal in tracking military movements and missile launch sites, which is considered a fundamental pillar in managing the battle and thwarting the militia's plans.
