في تطور للقضية الناتجة عن الهجوم على «أسطول الصمود العالمي» المتجه لإغاثة قطاع غزة، أعلنت السلطات التركية اتخاذ إجراءات رسمية لإصدار نشرة حمراء دولية عبر المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول) بحق رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو وعدد من المسؤولين العسكريين والسياسيين.
وأكد وزير العدل التركي أكين غورلك استمرار الإجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالاعتداء الذي وقع في المياه الدولية ضد الناشطين المتجهين للمساعدات الإنسانية.
- المحكمة المختصة: تنظر محكمة الجنايات الكبرى الـ11 في إسطنبول القضية المقيدة برقم (2026/108).
- عدد المتهمين: تشمل اللائحة محاكمة 35 متهماً، وعلى رأسهم بنيامين نتنياهو.
- مسار الملاحقة: بناءً على مذكرات التوقيف الصادرة في 14 يوليو الماضي، أحالت وزارة العدل التركية الأوراق لوزارتي الداخلية والخارجية في تركيا لتفعيل طلب «النشرة الحمراء» وتعميمها دولياً.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء القضائي التركي في إطار المساعي الدولية لملاحقة المسؤولين الإسرائيليين عن الانتهاكات في المياه الدولية وضد القوافل الإنسانية المتجهة إلى غزة. ويُتوقع أن يشكل الطلب ضغطاً سياسياً ودبلوماسياً كبيراً في المحافل الدولية خلال الفترة القادمة.
In a development regarding the case resulting from the attack on the "Global Freedom Flotilla" heading to aid the Gaza Strip, Turkish authorities announced the official measures to issue an international red notice through the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and several military and political officials.

This Turkish judicial action comes as part of international efforts to prosecute Israeli officials for violations in international waters and against humanitarian convoys heading to Gaza.
