أعلن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اليوم (السبت) أن قواته تحافظ على الأفضلية الاستراتيجية في إطار العملية العسكرية الخاصة وتتقدم بثبات.
وقال بوتين خلال اجتماع حول تنمية دونباس ونوفوروسيا: «تحافظ قواتنا على الأفضلية الاستراتيجية، وتتقدم بثبات، ولن يغير أي قصف أو هجمات بمسيرات هذا الوضع»، مضيفاً: «عدونا لا يستطيع احتواء هذا، لذلك يتحول إلى ضرب الأهداف المدنية ومرافق الاتصالات ووسائل النقل».
وأدى هجوم بطائرات مسيّرة أوكرانية على منشآت أحد المرافئ في جنوب روسيا إلى اندلاع حريق كبير ومقتل شخص.
وقال حاكم منطقة كراسنودار الروسية فينيامين كوندراتيف إن حريقاً اندلع جرّاء سقوط حطام طائرات مسيّرة على محطة بحرية في تيمريوك تقع على بحر آزوف، بالقرب من مضيق كيرتش الذي يفصل روسيا عن شبه جزيرة القرم التي ضمّتها إليها، مضيفاً أن شخصاً قُتل وأصيب ثلاثة آخرون، لافتاً إلى أن 96 عنصراً شاركوا في جهود إخماد الحريق.
وكانت وكالة انترفاكس الرسمية الروسية للأنباء نقلت عن الرئيس الروسي بوتين قوله، ليل أمس، إن روسيا تعكف على تطوير نظام للتحكم من الأقمار الاصطناعية بالمُسيرات القتالية.
وذكرت انترفاكس أن بوتين كشف تلك المساعي خلال اجتماع مع المسؤولين العسكريين الروس (الجمعة). وأضافت أن بوتين اتخذ قراراً بأن يكون حجم الجيش الروسي 2,399,130 فرداً، على أن يكون عدد الناشطين منهم في الخدمة 1,510,000 فرد.

Putin said during a meeting about the development of Donbas and Novorossiya: "Our forces maintain the strategic advantage and are advancing steadily, and no bombardment or drone attacks will change this situation," adding: "Our enemy cannot contain this, so they are turning to strike civilian targets, communication facilities, and transportation means."
A Ukrainian drone attack on facilities at one of the ports in southern Russia resulted in a large fire and the death of one person.
Russian Krasnodar Governor Vyacheslav Kondratiev stated that a fire broke out due to the debris of drones falling on a maritime station in Temryuk located on the Sea of Azov, near the Kerch Strait that separates Russia from the Crimean Peninsula, which it annexed. He added that one person was killed and three others were injured, noting that 96 personnel participated in the firefighting efforts.
The official Russian news agency Interfax reported that President Putin said last night that Russia is working on developing a satellite-controlled system for combat drones.
Interfax mentioned that Putin revealed these efforts during a meeting with Russian military officials (on Friday). It added that Putin decided that the size of the Russian army would be 2,399,130 personnel, with 1,510,000 of them active in service.
