فضح لقاء مسرب لقائد المنطقة الوسطى في الجيش الإسرائيلي آفي بلوت، جانبا من تفاصيل «الإرهاب اليهودي» الذي يمارسه المستوطنون ضد الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، محذراً من أنه «قد يؤدي إلى انفجار انتفاضة فلسطينية عنيفة».
إحراق بيوت وسيارات فلسطينية
وشن بلوت، وفقا لما أوردته صحيفة «هآرتس»، الخميس، انتقاداً حاداً لجهازي القضاء والشرطة في إسرائيل لعدم مواجهة إرهاب المستوطنين.
ولفت في اللقاء إلى عدد من الأحداث التي تدل على ذلك، منها قيام نحو 100 مستوطن ملثم في مارس الماضي، بإحراق بيوت وسيارات في تسع قرى فلسطينية خلال ثلاثة أيام متتالية.
وقال إن الشرطة أوقفت خمسة فقط من المستوطنين الـ100، وإن القضاء اكتفى بفرض الحبس المنزلي عليهم لمدة ثلاثة أيام فقط، وإنهم قاموا، فور انتهاء أيام الحبس المنزلي، بتنظيم هجوم مماثل أحرقوا فيه قرية فلسطينية أخرى.
يخططون لحرب دينية
وأكد أن إيقاف «إرهاب المستوطنين» في ظل تساهل الشرطة والقضاء «يتطلب معجزة»، مشيراً إلى أنه تحدث إليهم شخصياً، حيث تبين له أنهم يطلقون على أنفسهم «أبطال داود» ويسعون لحرب دينية قيامية يسمونها «يأجوج ومأجوج، ضد الفلسطينيين، يسعون من خلالها إلى احتلال كامل مناطق السلطة الفلسطينية، محذرا من الضرر الذي يلحقونه بصورة إسرائيل في العالم.
وتشن مجموعات تضم مئات المستوطنين هجمات إرهابية يومية ضد الفلسطينيين، تقوم خلالها بطرد الفلسطينيين من تجمعاتهم السكانية، وإقامة بؤر استيطانية محلهم.
واستغل المستوطنون الحرب على غزة وما تلاها من حروب في المنطقة لتوسيع وتسريع عمليات الطرد والتهجير وإقامة البؤر الاستيطانية خصوصا الرعوية التي تسيطر على مساحات واسعة من الضفة الغربية.
عزل التجمعات الفلسطينية
وكشف الباحث الإسرائيلي المختص في شؤون الاستيطان شاؤول أرئيلي أن عدد البؤر الاستيطانية بلغ أكثر من 321 بؤرة منها 200 بؤرة رعوية تسيطر على معظم المراعي من جبال وتلال في الضفة الغربية. وقال إن هذا العدد من البؤر الاستيطانية يضاف إلى 167 مستوطنة رسمية كبيرة تشكل مجموعها مشهداً استيطانياً يسيطر على الضفة الغربية ويعزل التجمعات الفلسطينية فيها عن بعضها البعض.
وقال أرئيلي إنه على إسرائيل التوقف عما سماه الرواية المريحة، التي تقول إن هذه الاعتداءات تقوم بها مجموعات صغيرة تسمى «الأعشاب الضارة»، أو «حفنة من الصبية»، معتبراً أن ذلك «يتجاهل ببساطة البيانات والواقع»، حيث «الخريطة لا تترك مجالاً كبيراً للخيال».
المستوطنون يسيطرون على «المنطقة ج»
وحذرت تقديرات فلسطينية، من أن المستوطنين باتوا يسيطرون بشكل فعلي على غالبية «المنطقة ج» التي تشكل 60% من مساحة الضفة الغربية.
لم يكتف المستوطنون بالاستيلاء على الأرض، بل امتدت هجماتهم إلى التجمعات السكانية الفلسطينية الواقعة على مشارف الجبال الشرقية ضمن خطة وصفها مركز المعلومات الإسرائيلي لحقوق الإنسان بتسليم بأنها خطة تطهير عرقي.
A leaked meeting with the commander of the Israeli Central Command, Avi Blot, revealed some details of the "Jewish terrorism" practiced by settlers against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, warning that it "could lead to an explosion of violent Palestinian uprising."
Burning Palestinian Homes and Cars
According to what was reported by the newspaper "Haaretz" on Thursday, Blot launched a sharp criticism of the judicial and police systems in Israel for not confronting the terrorism of the settlers.
He pointed out several incidents that indicate this, including an event in which about 100 masked settlers burned homes and cars in nine Palestinian villages over three consecutive days last March.
He stated that the police arrested only five of the 100 settlers, and that the judiciary merely imposed house arrest on them for three days, after which they organized a similar attack that burned another Palestinian village as soon as their house arrest ended.
They Are Planning a Religious War
He emphasized that stopping "settler terrorism" in light of the leniency of the police and judiciary "requires a miracle," noting that he spoke to them personally, where he discovered that they refer to themselves as "David's Heroes" and seek a religious apocalyptic war they call "Gog and Magog" against the Palestinians, through which they aim to occupy all areas of the Palestinian Authority, warning of the damage they are inflicting on Israel's image in the world.
Groups of hundreds of settlers are carrying out daily terrorist attacks against Palestinians, during which they expel Palestinians from their communities and establish settlement outposts in their place.
The settlers have exploited the war on Gaza and the subsequent wars in the region to expand and accelerate the processes of expulsion and displacement and to establish settlement outposts, especially pastoral ones that control vast areas of the West Bank.
Isolating Palestinian Communities
Israeli researcher specializing in settlement affairs, Shaul Arieli, revealed that the number of settlement outposts has reached more than 321, including 200 pastoral outposts that control most of the grazing lands in the mountains and hills of the West Bank. He stated that this number of outposts is in addition to 167 large official settlements, collectively forming a settlement landscape that dominates the West Bank and isolates Palestinian communities from one another.
Arieli stated that Israel must stop what he called the comfortable narrative, which claims that these assaults are carried out by small groups referred to as "weeds" or "a handful of boys," considering that this "simply ignores the data and reality," as "the map leaves little room for imagination."
Settlers Control "Area C"
Palestinian estimates have warned that settlers now effectively control the majority of "Area C," which constitutes 60% of the area of the West Bank.
The settlers have not only seized land but have also extended their attacks to Palestinian communities located on the outskirts of the eastern mountains as part of a plan described by the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights as a plan for ethnic cleansing.
