تتصاعد التكهنات حول الوضع الصحي للمرشد الإيراني الجديد مجتبى خامنئي ومكان وجوده. ففي حين أشارت تقارير إعلامية إلى نقله إلى روسيا لتلقي العلاج بعد إصابته خلال الضربات الأمريكية والإسرائيلية في الأيام الأولى من الحرب،التزم الكرملين الصمت حيال التقارير المتداولة، إذ قال المتحدث باسم الكرملين، ديمتري بيسكوف، اليوم (الاثنين)، بأنه لن يعلق على التقارير الأخيرة التي تزعم وصول المرشد الأعلى الإيراني الجديد، مجتبى خامنئي، إلى موسكو لتلقي العلاج الطبي، وسط تصريحات وزير الدفاع الأمريكي، بيت هيغسيث، بأنه «مصاب» و«يُحتمل أن يكون مشوهًا».
وبين روايات تشير إلى دخوله في غيبوبة وإصابته بجروح خطيرة، وأخرى تتحدث عن بقائه على قيد الحياة رغم تشوهات جسدية، يبقى مصير الرجل الذي خلف والده في قيادة إيران محاطاً بقدر كبير من الغموض، وسط تضارب واسع في المعلومات المتداولة من مصادر إعلامية وتسريبات استخباراتية.
نقل سري إلى موسكو للعلاج
ذكرت صحيفة «الجريدة» الكويتية أن مجتبى خامنئي نُقل إلى موسكو على متن طائرة عسكرية روسية لتلقي العلاج بعد إصابته خلال الضربات الأولى للحرب.
وبحسب التقرير –الذي لم تؤكده موسكو أو طهران– فإن إصابته استدعت نقله إلى منشأة طبية متقدمة في العاصمة الروسية، حيث خضع لعملية جراحية في مركز طبي خاص مرتبط بأحد مقرات الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، ويخضع حالياً لفترة تعافٍ.
وأفاد مصدر وصفته الصحيفة بـ«الرفيع والمقرب من المرشد الإيراني الجديد» أن الأجهزة الأمنية الإيرانية خشيت تسريب موقعه إذا عولج داخل إيران، خصوصاً عبر تتبع الأطباء المختصين، ما دفعها للموافقة على نقله إلى روسيا.
كما زعم المصدر أن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اقترح شخصياً استضافة خامنئي للعلاج خلال اتصال هاتفي مع الرئيس الإيراني مسعود بزشكيان الأسبوع الماضي.
إصابات خطيرة وفقدان ساق
في المقابل، أشارت تقارير إعلامية غربية إلى أن المرشد الإيراني الجديد تعرض لإصابات بالغة خلال الغارات الجوية التي استهدفت مواقع إيرانية في الأيام الأولى للحرب.
وذكرت صحيفة «ذا صن» البريطانية أن خامنئي فقد ساقاً واحدة على الأقل، إضافة إلى تعرضه لأضرار خطيرة في البطن أو الكبد.
ولم يتضح ما إذا كانت إصابته وقعت في نفس الهجوم الذي قُتل فيه والده المرشد السابق علي خامنئي في 28 فبراير، أم في ضربة لاحقة.
وتحدثت تقارير أخرى عن أن حالته الصحية استدعت وضعه في العناية المركزة تحت حراسة مشددة.
تقارير عن غيبوبة وعدم إدراك للحرب
وفي سياق متصل، ذكرت صحيفة «ديلي ميل» أن مجتبى خامنئي يرقد في غيبوبة، ولا يدرك حتى أن حرباً تدور في بلاده أو أنه أصبح المرشد الأعلى لإيران.
كما نقلت تقارير عن مصادر داخل طهران أن مستشفى ابن سينا الجامعي أُغلق جزء كبير منه لأسباب أمنية عندما كان خامنئي يتلقى العلاج هناك قبل الحديث عن نقله خارج البلاد.
وتحدثت تسريبات أخرى عن احتمال استئصال إحدى ساقيه، إضافة إلى إصابات خطيرة في البطن والكبد.
التشكيك في الخطاب الأول وغموض تل أبيب
وأشار مصدر إيراني مقرب من التيار الإصلاحي إلى وجود شكوك واسعة النطاق حول شرعية وصحة الخطاب الأول المنسوب للمرشد الجديد، مرجحاً أن يكون صياغة علي لاريجاني، الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي، نظراً لغياب الظهور العلني أو أي تسجيل صوتي لمجتبى خامنئي منذ توليه المنصب.
من جانبها، ترفض تل أبيب الإفصاح عن المعلومات الاستخباراتية التي تمتلكها حول حالة خامنئي الابن.
وفي ردٍ غامض على سؤال بهذا الشأن، اكتفى رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو بالقول: «لن أقدم له تأميناً على الحياة»، في إشارة ضمنية إلى تتبع إسرائيل لتحركات القيادة الإيرانية وسط الحرب الدائرة.

Amid narratives suggesting he has fallen into a coma and sustained serious injuries, and others indicating he is alive despite physical deformities, the fate of the man who succeeded his father in leading Iran remains shrouded in considerable mystery, amidst widespread conflicting information circulating from media sources and intelligence leaks.
Secret Transfer to Moscow for Treatment
The Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Jarida" reported that Mojtaba Khamenei was transferred to Moscow on a Russian military plane for treatment after being injured during the initial strikes of the war.
According to the report – which has not been confirmed by Moscow or Tehran – his injuries necessitated his transfer to an advanced medical facility in the Russian capital, where he underwent surgery at a private medical center linked to one of Russian President Vladimir Putin's residences, and is currently undergoing a recovery period.
A source described by the newspaper as "high-ranking and close to the new Iranian leader" stated that Iranian security agencies feared his location would be leaked if he were treated inside Iran, especially through tracking specialized doctors, which prompted them to agree to transfer him to Russia.
The source also claimed that President Vladimir Putin personally suggested hosting Khamenei for treatment during a phone call with Iranian President Masoud Bezhakian last week.
Severe Injuries and Loss of a Leg
In contrast, Western media reports indicated that the new Iranian leader sustained severe injuries during airstrikes targeting Iranian sites in the early days of the war.
The British newspaper "The Sun" reported that Khamenei lost at least one leg, in addition to sustaining serious damage to his abdomen or liver.
It remains unclear whether his injuries occurred in the same attack that killed his father, former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, on February 28, or in a subsequent strike.
