أعلن البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وأعمار اليمن اليوم (السبت)، وصول فريق هندسي سعودي لمعالجة انقطاع الكهرباء في محطات سقطرى، مؤكداً استعادة انظمة التشغيل تدريجياً.
وقال البرنامج في تغريدات على حسابه في «إكس» إنه وبشكل عاجل شُكل فريق هندسي وفني يضم فريقاً متخصصاً من المملكة العربية السعودية، وآخر من بعض المحافظات اليمنية، مبيناً أن الفريقين وصلا اليوم إلى سقطرى، لمعالجة الأعطال الفنية التي تسببت في توقف الشبكة الكهربائية.
الفريق الفني السعودي يباشر عمله في إعادة التيار الكهربائي إلى المحطة.
وأشار إلى أنه تمت استعادة أنظمة التشغيل تدريجياً، وضمان استدامة الخدمة مستقبلاً في مختلف مناطق الأرخبيل.
وشهدت محافظة سقطرى أزمة كهرباء مفاجئة عقب انسحاب الشركة الإماراتية المشغّلة لمحطات التوليد، بعد أن أغلقت أنظمة تشغيل المولدات عبر كلمات مرور إلكترونية، ما أدى إلى خروج المولدات عن الخدمة تباعاً.

وذكرت مصادر في محافظة سقطرى أن إغلاق محطة التوليد تسبب في اضطرابات متكررة للتيار الكهربائي في عدد من مناطق المحافظة في ظل الإغلاق المبرمج.
وقالت المصادر إن تلك الأزمة استدعت تدخلاً سعودياً عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن لحل هذه الأزمة، وإعادة ضبط أنظمة التشغيل، وضمان استمرارية التيار للمواطنين، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الأعطال التقنية مستقبلاً.

وجاء الدعم الفني السعودي في الوقت الذي يتواصل الدعم النفطي عبر استمرار وصول منحة المشتقات النفطية السعودية التي تسهم في تأمين الوقود اللازم لتشغيل محطات التوليد.
وتواصل السعودية تنفيذ عدد من المشاريع الحيوية في سقطرى عبر البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، ومنها تشغيل جامعة سقطرى وعدد من المدارس، وتشغيل مستشفى سقطرى، ودعم القطاع الصحي، ووصول منحة غاز منزلي، وإعادة تأهيل مرفأ الصيد.

The program stated in tweets on its account on "X" that an urgent engineering and technical team was formed, comprising a specialized team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and another from some Yemeni governorates, indicating that both teams arrived today in Socotra to address the technical malfunctions that caused the power grid to stop.

Socotra Governorate has witnessed a sudden electricity crisis following the withdrawal of the Emirati company operating the power generation stations, after it locked the generator operating systems with electronic passwords, leading to the generators sequentially going out of service.

Sources in Socotra Governorate reported that the closure of the power generation station caused repeated power outages in several areas of the governorate amid the programmed shutdown.
The sources stated that this crisis necessitated Saudi intervention through the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen to resolve the issue, reset the operating systems, ensure the continuity of electricity for citizens, and guarantee that such technical malfunctions do not recur in the future.

The Saudi technical support came at a time when oil support continues through the ongoing arrival of the Saudi oil derivatives grant, which contributes to securing the necessary fuel for operating the generation stations.
