في واحدة من أكثر قضايا الرأي العام في مصر إثارة وتعقيدًا خلال الفترة الأخيرة، تتواصل التحقيقات في القضية رقم 7498 لسنة 2025 جنح مصر الجديدة، المتهم فيها رجل أعمال بارز مدير دار أيتام بمنطقة الشيخ زايد، على خلفية اتهامات خطيرة تتعلق بالاتجار بالبشر واستغلال أطفال داخل مؤسسة يُفترض أنها ملاذ آمن لهم.
المتهم هو رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة إنتاج فني معروفة يبلغ من العمر 54 عامًا، ويواجه اتهامات زلزلت الشارع المصري، بعدما كشفت التحقيقات الأولية شبهات باستغلال نفوذه المالي والاجتماعي للتقرب من أطفال الدار، عبر أساليب وصفتها مصادر مطلعة بـ«الإغراق في الامتيازات».
وبحسب ما ورد في أوراق التحقيق، لم يعتمد المتهم (في البداية) على الترهيب المباشر، بل لجأ إلى إغداق مزايا مادية كبيرة على عدد من الأطفال، شملت توفير هواتف حديثة، ووجبات يومية فاخرة، وسداد مصروفات دراسية، فضلًا عن إتاحة سيارات تحت تصرفهم، واستخراج جوازات سفر والسفر بهم في رحلات خارجية.
وأشارت مصادر مطلعة إلى أن هذه الامتيازات (وفق التحقيقات) كانت تهدف إلى خلق حالة من الولاء والصمت، ومنع كشف ما يجري داخل جدران الدار.
لكن القصة شهدت تطورًا مفصليًا بعد ظهور مقطع فيديو قصير لا تتجاوز مدته 33 ثانية، قالت جهات التحقيق إنه يوثق واقعة اعتداء على أحد الأطفال.
وبمواجهة المتهم بالمقطع، أقر بحدوث الواقعة، لكنه دفع بأن ما ظهر كان «على سبيل المزاح»، وهو ما اعتبرته جهات التحقيق محاولة للالتفاف على الاتهامات، مؤكدة استمرار فحص الأدلة الفنية وسماع أقوال الشهود.
ولا تزال القضية قيد التحقيق، وسط متابعة واسعة من الرأي العام، خصوصًا في ظل حساسية الاتهامات وارتباطها بمؤسسة تُعنى برعاية الأطفال.
وتؤكد الجهات المختصة في مصر أن التحقيقات مستمرة لكشف ملابسات الواقعة كاملة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق كل من يثبت تورطه، مع التشديد على حماية الضحايا وضمان سرية الإجراءات.

In one of the most exciting and complex public opinion cases in Egypt in recent times, investigations continue into case number 7498 of 2025, misdemeanors in New Cairo, in which a prominent businessman and director of an orphanage in Sheikh Zayed is accused, following serious allegations related to human trafficking and the exploitation of children within an institution that is supposed to be a safe haven for them.
The accused is the chairman of a well-known production company, aged 54, and faces accusations that have shaken Egyptian society, after preliminary investigations revealed suspicions of exploiting his financial and social influence to get close to the children of the orphanage, through methods described by informed sources as "overwhelming them with privileges."
According to the investigation documents, the accused did not initially rely on direct intimidation, but resorted to showering several children with significant material benefits, including providing modern phones, luxurious daily meals, covering educational expenses, as well as making cars available for their use, obtaining passports, and traveling with them on overseas trips.
Informed sources indicated that these privileges (according to the investigations) aimed to create a state of loyalty and silence, preventing the revelation of what was happening within the walls of the orphanage.
However, the story took a pivotal turn after a short video clip, lasting no more than 33 seconds, emerged, which the investigating authorities claimed documented an incident of assault on one of the children.
When confronted with the video, the accused admitted to the incident but claimed that what was shown was "in jest," which the investigating authorities considered an attempt to evade the charges, confirming the continuation of the examination of technical evidence and hearing witness statements.
The case remains under investigation, amid widespread public scrutiny, especially given the sensitivity of the allegations and their connection to an institution dedicated to the care of children.
The relevant authorities in Egypt affirm that investigations are ongoing to uncover the full circumstances of the incident and to take the necessary legal actions against anyone proven to be involved, while emphasizing the protection of the victims and ensuring the confidentiality of the proceedings.
