أعلنت وزارة العدل الأمريكية، عبر مكتب المدعي العام للمنطقة الشمالية في ولاية جورجيا، صدور حكم قضائي يقضي بحبس رجل يدعى جوان راشون بورتر (30 عاماً) من مدينة روم في ولاية جورجيا، لمدة ثلاث سنوات وخمسة أشهر في سجن فيدرالي، بتهمة توجيه تهديدات بالقتل ضد الرئيس دونالد ترمب عبر بث مباشر على تطبيق «تيك توك».
وأوضح بيان صادر عن وزارة العدل أن بورتر -الذي يُعتبر مجرماً سابقاً في مقاطعة فلويد- اعترف بذنبه في أكتوبر 2025، وأصدر القاضي الفيدرالي ويليام إم راي الثاني الحكم، مع إضافة ثلاث سنوات إشراف بعد الإفراج عنه.
تعليقات صادمة على «تيك توك»
تعود الحادثة إلى 26 يوليو 2025، حين انضم بورتر إلى بث مباشر على «تيك توك» بعنوان «أليغاتور ألكاتراز»، وكتب تعليقات تهديدية مباشرة ضد ترمب، منها: «الطريقة الوحيدة لجعل أمريكا عظيمة مرة أخرى هي وضع رصاصة بين عيني ترمب»، و«سأشاهده ينزف»، إضافة إلى تهديدات بقتل عملاء فيدراليين وإيذاء آخرين.
وقد أدت هذه التهديدات إلى اعتقاله فورياً وإحالته إلى المحاكمة بتهمة نقل تهديدات عبر الولايات، وهي جريمة فيدرالية، وتم اكتشاف التهديدات من خلال مراقبة المنصات الاجتماعية، وأكدت التحقيقات أن بورتر كان يمتلك تاريخاً إجرامياً سابقاً، مما زاد من خطورة القضية.
جريمة أمريكية خطيرة
وفي الولايات المتحدة، يُعتبر تهديد الرئيس جريمة فيدرالية خطيرة يعاقب عليها القانون بشدة، بموجب قانون يحمي الرئيس والمسؤولين الفيدراليين من التهديدات، سواء كانت مباشرة أو عبر الإنترنت.

من جانبه أكد المدعي العام ثيودور هيرتزبيرغ في البيان أن «التهديدات ضد الرئيس أو أي مسؤول فيدرالي ليست مجرد كلام، بل جرائم يجب معاقبتها بصرامة للحفاظ على أمن الدولة»، ومن المتوقع أن يبدأ بورتر تنفيذ الحكم فوراً.
The U.S. Department of Justice, through the Northern District Attorney's Office in Georgia, announced a court ruling sentencing a man named Juan Rashon Porter (30 years old) from Rome, Georgia, to three years and five months in federal prison for making death threats against President Donald Trump via a live broadcast on the TikTok app.
A statement issued by the Department of Justice clarified that Porter—who is considered a former criminal in Floyd County—pleaded guilty in October 2025, and Federal Judge William M. Ray II issued the sentence, adding three years of supervised release after his incarceration.
Shocking Comments on TikTok
The incident dates back to July 26, 2025, when Porter joined a live broadcast on TikTok titled "Alligator Alcatraz" and wrote direct threatening comments against Trump, including: "The only way to make America great again is to put a bullet between Trump's eyes," and "I will watch him bleed," along with threats to kill federal agents and harm others.
These threats led to his immediate arrest and prosecution for transmitting threats across state lines, a federal crime, with the threats discovered through monitoring social media platforms. Investigations confirmed that Porter had a prior criminal history, which increased the severity of the case.

In the United States, threatening the president is considered a serious federal crime punishable by law, under legislation that protects the president and federal officials from threats, whether direct or online.
During Trump's presidency, the U.S. witnessed an increase in threats directed at him, particularly through social media, leading to hundreds of arrests.
In recent years, digital platforms have become a major source of these threats, with increasing pressure on companies like TikTok to enhance detection and reporting mechanisms.
For his part, Attorney General Theodore Hertzberg stated in the announcement that "threats against the president or any federal official are not just words, but crimes that must be strictly punished to maintain national security," and Porter is expected to begin serving his sentence immediately.
