فيما يواصل جيش الاحتلال انتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار عبر عمليات قصف وإطلاق نار ونسف منازل المواطنين في مناطق عدة من قطاع غزة، أعلن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن إسرائيل لن تنسحب أبداً من كل قطاع غزة.
هذه حكومة استيطان
وقال خلال مراسم بناء 1,200 وحدة سكنية في بيت إيل: «لن ننسحب أبداً من كل قطاع غزة، وسنقيم بؤر استيطانية شمالي القطاع في الوقت المناسب وبالتوقيت الملائم. هناك من يتظاهرون، لكننا نحن من يحكم».
وأضاف: هذه حكومة استيطان، وإذا أمكن فرض السيادة على الضفة الغربية سنفرضها، ونحن الآن في مرحلة السيادة العملية، وحالياً، وبفضل المواقف والقوة التي أظهرتها إسرائيل بعد الكارثة المروعة في 7 أكتوبر توجد فرص لم تكن متاحة منذ زمن بعيد.
وبشأن سورية، أكد كاتس: "لن نتحرك مليمتراً واحداً من سورية".
المرحلة الثانية من الاتفاق
وحول مشاورات الانتقال إلى المرحلة الثانية من الاتفاق، نقلت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية عن مصادر مطلعة تأكيدها أن إسرائيل لا تعارض تشكيل حكومة تكنوقراط في غزة خالية من حماس والسلطة الفلسطينية.
وجاء الرد الإسرائيلي بعد أن سلم الوسطاء إسرائيل تشكيل هيئة التكنوقراط المكلفة بإدارة قطاع غزة.
وأفاد مسؤولون إسرائيليون لصحيفة "هآرتس" قبل يومين، بأن اتخاذ تل أبيب قرارات حاسمة بشأن المرحلة الثانية من وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة مرهون باجتماع مرتقب بين رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو والرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب في فلوريدا نهاية الشهر الجاري.
وحسب المصادر، فإن التوجه الإسرائيلي للمرحلة القادمة يعتمد بشكل أساسي على موقف إدارة ترمب من قضايا شائكة، أبرزها كيفية الربط بين انسحاب قوات الجيش الإسرائيلي ونزع سلاح حركة حماس، فضلاً عن ضمان تدمير ما تبقى من شبكة الأنفاق.
وتوقعت المصادر أن يعرض خلال الاجتماع مع نتنياهو نهج إدارته في دفع الخطة وآلية اتخاذ القرار.
اجتماع رباعي في ميامي
وكان المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف كشف اجتماعاً رباعياً عقد في ميامي السبت الماضي، ضم ممثلين عن الولايات المتحدة ومصر وقطر وتركيا. وقال في بيان إن الأطراف ناقشت "تدابير التكامل الإقليمي"، ودعمت إنشاء "مجلس السلام" كإدارة انتقالية لإدارة شؤون القطاع.
وأضاف البيان أن المرحلة الأولى من الاتفاق بدأت تؤتي ثمارها من خلال زيادة المساعدات الإنسانية والانسحاب الجزئي للقوات وتقليص حدة القتال.

Regarding Syria, Katz confirmed: "We will not move an inch from Syria."
The second phase of the agreement
Regarding consultations to move to the second phase of the agreement, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that informed sources confirmed that Israel does not oppose the formation of a technocratic government in Gaza free from Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.
The Israeli response came after mediators delivered to Israel the formation of the technocratic body tasked with managing the Gaza Strip.
Israeli officials told the newspaper "Haaretz" two days ago that Tel Aviv's decisive decisions regarding the second phase of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip are contingent upon an upcoming meeting between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump in Florida at the end of this month.
According to the sources, the Israeli approach for the next phase primarily depends on the Trump administration's stance on contentious issues, most notably how to link the withdrawal of Israeli army forces to the disarmament of Hamas, as well as ensuring the destruction of what remains of the tunnel network.
The sources expected that during the meeting with Netanyahu, Trump's administration's approach to advancing the plan and the decision-making mechanism would be presented.
A quadrilateral meeting in Miami
U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff revealed a quadrilateral meeting held in Miami last Saturday, which included representatives from the United States, Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey. He stated in a statement that the parties discussed "measures for regional integration" and supported the establishment of a "Peace Council" as a transitional administration to manage the affairs of the Gaza Strip.
The statement added that the first phase of the agreement has begun to bear fruit through increased humanitarian aid, partial troop withdrawal, and a reduction in the intensity of fighting.
