دشّن مساعد المدير العام للشؤون التعليمية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة الدكتور علي بن محمد الجالوق فعاليات ملتقى الإرشاد المهني بالتعاون مع صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية «هدف»، بحضور رئيس عام برنامج التوجيه والإرشاد المهني بصندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية المهندس محمد المحيسن والمدير التنفيذي لبرامج الصندوق أشواق بحه.
وأكّد الدكتور الجالوق أهمية الإرشاد المهني بوصفه أداة لتمكين الطلاب والطالبات من الاختيار الواعي والمشاركة الفاعلة في مسيرة الوطن، مشيراً إلى ضرورة العناية بالإرشاد المهني باعتباره معيناً وموجهاً لبوصلة المستقبل وفق ما يمتلكه الطلبة من قدرات ومهارات.
وصاحب الملتقى، الذي يستهدف نحو 3,000 طالب وطالبة بتعليم منطقة مكة المكرمة، معرض يحتوي على 14 ركناً تثقيفيّاً فضلاً عن ورشتي عمل للجهات المشاركة في الملتقى بعنوان «مهاراتك»، و«كيف تُعرِّف بذاتك: السيرة الذاتية والمقابلة الشخصية»، التي لامست تطلعات الطلبة وأثرت آفاقهم نحو رسم الخطة المهنية ومستقبلهم المهني، إضافة إلى تقديم عرض مصور عن جهود قسم التوجيه الطلابي بتعليم مكة.
The Assistant Director General for Educational Affairs in the Makkah Region, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Jalouq, launched the activities of the Career Guidance Forum in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf", in the presence of the General Director of the Career Guidance Program at the Human Resources Development Fund, Engineer Mohammed Al-Muhaysin, and the Executive Director of the Fund's Programs, Ashwaq Bahah.
Dr. Al-Jalouq emphasized the importance of career guidance as a tool for empowering students to make informed choices and actively participate in the nation's journey, pointing out the necessity of caring for career guidance as it serves as a support and guide for the future direction based on the students' abilities and skills.
The forum, which targets around 3,000 male and female students in the Makkah Region's education system, is accompanied by an exhibition that includes 14 educational corners, in addition to two workshops for the participating entities titled "Your Skills" and "How to Introduce Yourself: CV and Personal Interview," which addressed the students' aspirations and enriched their perspectives towards planning their careers and professional futures, along with a presentation showcasing the efforts of the Student Guidance Department in Makkah Education.
