في تطور قضائي مثير للجدل، قررت جهات التحقيق المصرية اليوم (الإثنين) إحالة ثلاث طالبات إلى المحاكمة الجنائية أمام محكمة الطفل بتهمة الاعتداء الجسدي على زميلتهن، (13 عاما)، داخل مدرسة دولية شهيرة في منطقة التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة.
واقعة الاعتداء
تعود جذور القضية إلى يوم 18 يناير الماضي، حين اندلعت مشادة كلامية بين الطالبة المجني عليها، التي تدرس في الصف السادس الابتدائي، والطالبات الثلاث المتهمات اللواتي يدرسن في المرحلة الثانوية.
ووفقا للتحقيقات التي أجرتها نيابة القاهرة الجديدة، تطورت المشادة إلى اعتداء جماعي عنيف أمام أعين عدد من الطلاب، وسط حالة من الفوضى داخل فناء المدرسة.
وشهدت الواقعة، التي استمرت لأكثر من دقيقتين حسب الفيديو الكامل الذي سلّمته الإدارة للنيابة، توجيه ألفاظ نابية للمجني عليها، تلاها ضربها بقوة على الرأس والوجه، ما أسفر عن دماء غزيرة.
ووثّقت مقاطع فيديو متداولة جزءا من الحادثة، أظهرت فيها الطالبات الثلاث وهن يهاجمن المجني عليها بشكل متكرر، بينما كانت بعض الطالبات الأخريات يصوّرن المشهد ويتفاعلن معه سلبا، ما أدى إلى نشر الفيديو عبر «فيسبوك» و«تيك توك»، حيث حقق ملايين المشاهدات في ساعات.
كسر في الأنف وصدمة نفسية
ونُقلت المجني عليها فورا إلى أقرب مستشفى، وأكد تقرير الطب الشرعي إصابتها بكسر في عظام الأنف، ونزيف داخلي، وجرح في الرأس، وكدمات متفرقة في الجسم، مع توصية براحة طبية لمدة أسبوعين وتركيب دعامة خارجية.
كما أشارت التقارير الطبية إلى صدمة نفسية شديدة لدى الطالبة، أدت إلى تدهور حالتها النفسية، ما دفع والدتها إلى تقديم بلاغ رسمي للنيابة العامة، مع استغاثة علنية لوزير التربية والتعليم.
في التحقيقات، واجهت النيابة الطالبات الثلاث بمقاطع الفيديو، وأقررن بتورطهن جزئيا، لكنهن رددن بأن المجني عليها هي التي بدأت الاعتداء، وقدّمن صورا وفيديوهات إضافية تدعم ادعاءهن.
ومع ذلك، أكدت النيابة أن الاعتداء كان غير مبرر ويشكل جريمة جنائية، ما أدى إلى إخلاء سبيلهن بكفالة 50 ألف جنيه لكل منهن في يناير الماضي، قبل إحالتهن اليوم إلى المحاكمة بتهمتي «التعدي الجسدي المتسبب في إصابات» و«التنمّر المدرسي».
إدارة المدرسة أصدرت بيانا رسميا يوم الحادثة، أعلنت فيه فصل الطالبات الثلاث نهائيا، وتحويل ملفاتهن إلى لجنة الحماية المدرسية لفرض عقوبات انضباطية إضافية، إضافة إلى تحقيق داخلي مع الطلاب الذين ساهموا في تصوير ونشر الفيديو، وفقا للائحة الانضباط الطلابي.
غضب شعبي ودعوات لتشديد الإجراءات
أثار الحادث غضبا واسعا لدى الرأي العام، وتداول آلاف المستخدمين على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي هاشتاغ «#مشاجرة_مدرسة_التجمع»، مطالبين بمحاسبة الإدارة على غياب الإشراف التام أثناء الواقعة.
من جانبها، أكدت وزارة التربية والتعليم، في بيان سابق، التزامها بتعزيز برامج مكافحة التنمر في المدارس الخاصة، ودعت إلى تشكيل لجان مشتركة مع الجهات الأمنية لمراقبة الحرم المدرسي.
In a controversial judicial development, Egyptian investigative authorities decided today (Monday) to refer three female students to criminal trial before a juvenile court on charges of physically assaulting their classmate, aged 13, inside a famous international school in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo.
The Assault Incident
The roots of the case date back to January 18, when a verbal altercation broke out between the victim, who is in the sixth grade, and the three accused students, who are in high school.
According to investigations conducted by the New Cairo Prosecution, the altercation escalated into a violent group assault in front of several students, amidst a state of chaos in the schoolyard.
The incident, which lasted for more than two minutes according to the full video submitted by the administration to the prosecution, involved the victim being subjected to abusive language, followed by being struck forcefully on the head and face, resulting in heavy bleeding.
Videos circulating online documented part of the incident, showing the three students repeatedly attacking the victim, while some other students filmed the scene and reacted negatively, leading to the video being shared on Facebook and TikTok, where it garnered millions of views within hours.
Nose Fracture and Psychological Trauma
The victim was immediately transferred to the nearest hospital, and a forensic report confirmed that she suffered a fracture in her nasal bones, internal bleeding, a head wound, and multiple bruises on her body, with a recommendation for two weeks of medical rest and the installation of an external support.
The medical reports also indicated severe psychological trauma for the student, which led to a deterioration in her mental state, prompting her mother to file an official complaint with the public prosecution, along with a public appeal to the Minister of Education.
During the investigations, the prosecution confronted the three students with the video clips, and they admitted to being partially involved, but claimed that the victim was the one who initiated the assault, providing additional photos and videos to support their claims.
Nevertheless, the prosecution confirmed that the assault was unjustified and constituted a criminal offense, leading to their release on bail of 50,000 Egyptian pounds each last January, before being referred today to trial on charges of "physical assault causing injuries" and "school bullying."
The school administration issued an official statement on the day of the incident, announcing the permanent expulsion of the three students and transferring their files to the school protection committee to impose additional disciplinary penalties, in addition to an internal investigation with the students who contributed to filming and sharing the video, according to the student discipline regulations.
Public Outrage and Calls for Stricter Measures
The incident sparked widespread outrage among the public, with thousands of users on social media circulating the hashtag “#School_Fight_Al_Tagamoa,” demanding accountability for the administration's lack of supervision during the incident.
For its part, the Ministry of Education confirmed in a previous statement its commitment to enhancing anti-bullying programs in private schools, and called for the formation of joint committees with security authorities to monitor the school premises.
