أعلنت وزارة الخارجية المصرية استضافة مصر وفدين من إسرائيل وحركة حماس الإثنين 6 أكتوبر لبحث توفير الظروف الميدانية وتفاصيل عملية تبادل كافة المحتجزين الإسرائيليين والأسرى الفلسطينيين طبقاً لمقترح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وذلك في إطار الجهود المصرية المتواصلة بالتنسيق مع الوسطاء الرامية لإنهاء الحرب الإسرائيلية في قطاع غزة.
أمل في إنهاء الحرب ومعاناة المدنيين
وأكدت الخارجية المصرية في بيان لها أن هذا الاجتماع يأتي «أملاً في وضع حد للحرب» ووقف معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق التي استمرت على مدار عامين متصلين.
وأوضحت أن المشاورات في إطار الجهود المبذولة للبناء على الزخم الإقليمي والدولي الذي تحقق عقب طرح خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لوقف الحرب في قطاع غزة.
موافقة مشروطة من حماس
وجاء الإعلان بعد موافقة حماس المشروطة على الخطة، حيث أعربت عن استعدادها لإطلاق جميع الرهائن (نحو 20 رهينة على قيد الحياة)، وجثامين آخرين، مقابل إفراج إسرائيلي عن آلاف الأسرى الفلسطينيين، بشرط توفير ضمانات لانسحاب إسرائيلي كامل ووقف النار الدائم، مع طلب توضيحات حول جدول الانسحاب ونزع السلاح.
مشاركة أمريكية وإسرائيلية رفيعة
ومن المتوقع مشاركة مبعوثين أمريكيين مثل ستيف ويتكوف وجاريد كوشنر، إلى جانب مسؤولين إسرائيليين، منهم كرون ديرمر، في مشاورات غير مباشرة، حيث أعدت إسرائيل قوائم الأسرى وخرائط الانسحاب، بينما حذر ترمب من «الجحيم» إذا رفضت حماس، ودعا إسرائيل لوقف القصف فوراً.
خطة ترمب: 21 بنداً لإنهاء الحرب
وتتكون خطة ترمب من نحو 20-21 بنداً أعلن عنها في 29 سبتمبر 2025، وتشمل وقفاً فورياً لإطلاق النار، وإطلاق سراح جميع الرهائن الإسرائيليين (نحو 20 حياً وجثامين آخرين) مقابل إفراج عن مئات الأسرى الفلسطينيين، والانسحاب التدريجي للقوات الإسرائيلية، ونزع سلاح حماس، وإنشاء حكم انتقالي مؤقت للجنة فلسطينية تكنوقراطية غير سياسية تحت إشراف «مجلس سلام» دولي برئاسة ترمب نفسه، مع مشاركة شخصيات مثل توني بلير.
كما تتضمن الخطة برنامج إعادة إعمار بتكلفة تصل إلى عشرات المليارات، وخطة اقتصادية لتحويل غزة إلى منطقة مزدهرة، مع رفض الضم الإسرائيلي للضفة الغربية ومنع التهجير القسري، ما يمهد لمسار نحو دولة فلسطينية موحدة.
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Egypt will host delegations from Israel and Hamas on Monday, October 6, to discuss providing the necessary conditions and details for the exchange of all Israeli captives and Palestinian prisoners, in accordance with the proposal by U.S. President Donald Trump. This is part of ongoing Egyptian efforts in coordination with mediators aimed at ending the Israeli war in the Gaza Strip.
A hope to end the war and the suffering of civilians
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry confirmed in a statement that this meeting comes "in the hope of putting an end to the war" and stopping the suffering of the Palestinian brotherly people, which has continued for two consecutive years.
It clarified that the consultations are part of the efforts made to build on the regional and international momentum achieved following the announcement of President Donald Trump's plan to stop the war in the Gaza Strip.
Conditional approval from Hamas
The announcement came after Hamas conditionally approved the plan, expressing its readiness to release all hostages (about 20 alive) and the remains of others in exchange for the Israeli release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners, provided that guarantees are offered for a complete Israeli withdrawal and a permanent ceasefire, along with a request for clarifications regarding the withdrawal timetable and disarmament.
High-level American and Israeli participation
High-level American envoys such as Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are expected to participate, alongside Israeli officials, including Ron Dermer, in indirect consultations. Israel has prepared lists of prisoners and withdrawal maps, while Trump warned of "hell" if Hamas refuses and called on Israel to cease bombing immediately.
Trump's plan: 21 points to end the war
Trump's plan consists of about 20-21 points announced on September 29, 2025, including an immediate ceasefire, the release of all Israeli hostages (about 20 alive and the remains of others) in exchange for the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, a gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces, disarmament of Hamas, and the establishment of a temporary transitional government for a non-political Palestinian technocratic committee under the supervision of an international "Peace Council" headed by Trump himself, with the participation of figures such as Tony Blair.
The plan also includes a reconstruction program costing tens of billions, and an economic plan to transform Gaza into a prosperous region, while rejecting Israeli annexation of the West Bank and preventing forced displacement, paving the way for a path towards a unified Palestinian state.
