من المنتظر أن تستضيف العاصمة المصرية القاهرة غداً (الأحد) مفاوضات رباعية لبحث تنفيذ خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بشأن غزة.
وأفادت مصادر مطلعة بأن الاجتماع يضم ممثلين عن الوسطاء في مفاوضات غزة (مصر، وقطر، والولايات المتحدة)، إضافة إلى إسرائيل، لوضع «أسس واضحة للبدء في تنفيذ الخطة الأمريكية التي وافقت عليها حركة حماس.
وحسب المصادر، فإن الاجتماع يهدف إلى البدء في تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من خطة ترمب، التي تتضمن وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، وإطلاق سراح المحتجزين الإسرائيليين بالتزامن مع الإفراج عن 250 أسيراً فلسطينياً من ذوي الأحكام المؤبدة، و1700 من أسرى قطاع غزة المعتقلين بعد اندلاع الحرب في أكتوبر 2023.
وكشف قياديان في حركة حماس، اليوم (السبت)، أن الوسطاء يجرون مشاورات واتصالات مكثفة لبدء تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من الخطة الجديدة.
وأوضح أحد القياديين أن المشاورات تهدف إلى تحديد ساعة بدء تأمين الظروف الميدانية بوقف العمليات العسكرية كافة، وحركة الطيران الإسرائيلي بأشكاله الحربي والاستطلاعي، وانسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي من داخل التجمعات السكنية، حتى تتمكن الفصائل الفلسطينية من تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى لإطلاق سراح المحتجزين الإسرائيليين.
من جانبه، نقل موقع «أكسيوس» الأمريكي عن مسؤول في البيت الأبيض قوله: «إن المبعوث الأمريكي الخاص إلى الشرق الأوسط ستيف ويتكوف، وصهر الرئيس الأمريكي جاريد كوشنير سيحضران اجتماع القاهرة، لوضع اللمسات النهائية على التفاصيل الفنية المتعلقة بإطلاق سراح المحتجزين الإسرائيليين، ومناقشة اتفاق السلام الدائم». وذكر أن الوسطاء المصريين والقطريين سيتولون تسهيل المحادثات غير المباشرة بين المفاوضين الإسرائيليين وممثلي حركة حماس.

The Egyptian capital, Cairo, is expected to host tomorrow (Sunday) a quadripartite negotiation to discuss the implementation of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan regarding Gaza.
Informed sources reported that the meeting includes representatives from the mediators in the Gaza negotiations (Egypt, Qatar, and the United States), in addition to Israel, to lay down "clear foundations for starting the implementation of the American plan that was approved by Hamas."
According to the sources, the meeting aims to begin the implementation of the first phase of Trump's plan, which includes a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of Israeli detainees simultaneously with the release of 250 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences, and 1,700 prisoners from Gaza who were detained after the outbreak of the war in October 2023.
Two leaders in Hamas revealed today (Saturday) that the mediators are conducting intensive consultations and communications to start implementing the first phase of the new plan.
One of the leaders explained that the consultations aim to determine the time to secure the field conditions by halting all military operations, the Israeli air traffic in its military and reconnaissance forms, and the withdrawal of the Israeli army from within residential areas, so that the Palestinian factions can implement the first phase of releasing the Israeli detainees.
For its part, the American site "Axios" quoted a White House official saying: "The U.S. special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Wietkoff, and President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner will attend the Cairo meeting to finalize the technical details related to the release of the Israeli detainees and discuss the permanent peace agreement." It was mentioned that the Egyptian and Qatari mediators will facilitate indirect talks between the Israeli negotiators and representatives of Hamas.
