أدانت مصر الهجمات العسكرية التي شنها الجيش الإسرائيلي على إيران فجر اليوم (الجمعة)، مؤكدة متابعتها بقلق بالغ التطورات الحالية المتسارعة.
وأكدت الخارجية المصرية في بيان لها أن الهجمات العسكرية الإسرائيلية على إيران تمثل تصعيدا إقليميا سافرا بالغ الخطورة، وانتهاكا فاضحا للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وتهديدا مباشرا للأمن والسلم الإقليمي والدولي.
وأعربت مصر عن استنكارها لهذا العمل، غير المبرر و«الذي سيؤدي الى مزيد من إشعال فتيل الأزمة، ويقود إلى صراع أوسع في الإقليم، وتنتج عنه تداعيات غير مسبوقة على أمن واستقرار المنطقة».
وشددت الخارجية المصرية في بيان لها على أن هذا العمل العسكري وما سينتج عنه من تداعيات «يعرض مقدرات شعوب المنطقة لخطر بالغ، ويهدد بانزلاق المنطقة بأكملها إلى حالة من الفوضى العارمة»، مجددة تأكيدها على أنه لا توجد حلول عسكرية للأزمات التي تواجهها المنطقة، وإنما عبر الحلول السياسية والسلمية.
وأكدت مصر على أن غطرسة القوة لن تحقق الأمن لأي دولة في المنطقة، بما في ذلك إسرائيل، وإنما يتحقق ذلك فقط من خلال احترام سيادة الدول ووحدة وسلامة أراضيها وتحقيق العدالة وإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأراضي العربية.
وشن سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي هجوما واسع النطاق على أماكن متفرقة في إيران في الساعات الأولى من اليوم (الجمعة) استهدف مواقع نووية وعسكرية وقادة بارزين في طهران ومدن أخرى مثل أصفهان وكرمانشاه.
وأطلقت إسرائيل على العملية العسكرية اسم «قوة الأسد»، ووصفتها بأنها «ضربة استباقية» استجابة لمعلومات استخباراتية عن تقدم إيران في برنامجها النووي، حيث زُعم أن إيران جمعت يورانيوم مخصباً يكفي لصنع 15 سلاحاً نووياً.
وشاركت في الهجوم الإسرائيلي على إيران نحو 100 طائرة حربية إسرائيلية، مع التركيز على ضربات دقيقة لتدمير قدرات إيران العسكرية والنووية.
Egypt condemned the military attacks launched by the Israeli army on Iran early today (Friday), emphasizing its deep concern over the rapidly evolving current developments.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry stated in a statement that the Israeli military attacks on Iran represent a blatant and extremely dangerous regional escalation, a flagrant violation of international law and the United Nations Charter, and a direct threat to regional and international peace and security.
Egypt expressed its condemnation of this unjustified act, which "will lead to further igniting the crisis, leading to a wider conflict in the region, resulting in unprecedented repercussions on the security and stability of the area."
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry stressed in its statement that this military action and its resulting repercussions "expose the resources of the peoples of the region to grave danger and threaten to plunge the entire region into a state of rampant chaos," reiterating its assertion that there are no military solutions to the crises facing the region, but rather through political and peaceful solutions.
Egypt affirmed that the arrogance of power will not achieve security for any country in the region, including Israel, but that security can only be achieved through respecting the sovereignty of states and the unity and integrity of their territories, achieving justice, and ending the Israeli occupation of Arab lands.
The Israeli Air Force launched a wide-ranging attack on various locations in Iran in the early hours of today (Friday), targeting nuclear and military sites and prominent leaders in Tehran and other cities such as Isfahan and Kermanshah.
Israel named the military operation "Lion's Strength," describing it as a "preemptive strike" in response to intelligence information about Iran's progress in its nuclear program, claiming that Iran had amassed enriched uranium sufficient to produce 15 nuclear weapons.
About 100 Israeli warplanes participated in the attack on Iran, focusing on precise strikes to destroy Iran's military and nuclear capabilities.
