قال المدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية رافائيل ماريانو غروسي، في بيان بأن الوكالة الدولية تراقب «الوضع المقلق للغاية في إيران».
وأضاف في بيان نشرته الوكالة عبر حسابها في منصة (X): «يمكن الوكالة تأكيد أن موقع نطنز من بين الأهداف. وتتواصل الوكالة مع السلطات الإيرانية بشأن مستويات الإشعاع. كما نتواصل مع مفتشينا في إيران»
وأكد التلفزيون الإيراني الرسمي أن إسرائيل استهدفت منشأة نطنز في محافظة أصفهان، وأنه لا تقارير إلى الآن عن وجود تلوث نووي. في غضون ذلك، قالت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية إن الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي استهدف منشأة نطنز النووية من جديد.
وقالت وسائل إعلام إيرانية إن الهجوم استهدف موقع أحمدي روشن لتخصيب اليورانيوم في نطنز.
يذكر أن محطة نطنز النووية هي منشأة نووية إيرانية لتخصيب اليورانيوم، وفي 2020 أصبحت واحدة من البنى التحتية النووية السبعة التي تشرف عليها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.
The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Mariano Grossi, stated in a statement that the agency is monitoring the "extremely concerning situation in Iran."
He added in a statement published by the agency through its account on the (X) platform: "The agency can confirm that the Natanz site is among the targets. The agency is in communication with the Iranian authorities regarding radiation levels. We are also in contact with our inspectors in Iran."
The official Iranian television confirmed that Israel targeted the Natanz facility in Isfahan province, and that there are currently no reports of nuclear contamination. Meanwhile, Israeli broadcasting authorities stated that Israeli warplanes targeted the Natanz nuclear facility again.
Iranian media reported that the attack targeted the Ahmadinejad Roshan uranium enrichment site in Natanz.
It is noteworthy that the Natanz nuclear facility is an Iranian nuclear site for uranium enrichment, and in 2020 it became one of the seven nuclear infrastructures overseen by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
