أفصحت تقارير غربية أن وزير الشؤون الاستراتيجية الإسرائيلي رون ديرمر، ورئيس جهاز المخابرات (الموساد) دافيد برنياع يتواجدان في روما لإجراء محادثات مع الفريق الأمريكي الذي يتفاوض مع الجانب الإيراني، وفق ما نقلت وسائل إعلام غربية اليوم (الجمعة).
وتعقد اليوم في روما الجولة الخامسة من المحادثات النووية، بمشاركة الوفد الإيراني الذي يرأسه وزير الخارجية عباس عراقجي، والأمريكي الذي يقوده المبعوث الخاص ستيف ويتكوف.
وكان المسؤولان الإسرائيليان زارا العاصمة الفرنسية باريس في 18 أبريل الماضي، حيث التقيا ويتكوف قبل الجولة الثانية من المحادثات النووية الأمريكية الإيرانية آنذاك.
ويعقد الجانبان الأمريكي والإيراني جلسة خامسة وسط أجواء معقدة، إذ شهدت الأيام الماضية تراشقاً كلامياً حول مسألة السماح لإيران بتخصيب اليورانيوم في الداخل. ففيما تتمسك واشنطن بشرط عدم السماح بالتخصيب، تعتبره طهران خطاً أحمر غير قابل للتنازل.
وأفادت وكالة «إرنا» الإيرانية الرسمية بأن المفاوضات من المقرر أن تبدأ عند الواحدة بعد الظهر (11,00 ت غ) في روما.
من جانبها، توعدت هيئة الأركان العامة للجيش الإيراني بالرد على «أي عمل خاطئ ضد إيران بحزم وقوة». وأضافت الهيئة اليوم أن أي أذى تقوم به أمريكا في المنطقة سيؤدي إلى مصير مماثل لفيتنام وأفغانستان، وفقاً لما أوردته وكالة الأنباء «تسنيم».
فيما اعتبر نائب رئيس لجنة الأمن الوطني في إيران أن تخصيب اليورانيوم غير قابل للتفاوض تحت أي ظرف. وقال إن ما يثيره الغرب ظاهرياً باعتباره مخاوف بشأن تخصيب اليورانيوم في إيران هو في جوهره «محاولة لمنع استقلال وتقدم الأمة الإيرانية»، وفق تعبيره.

Western reports have revealed that Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer and the head of the intelligence agency (Mossad) David Barnea are in Rome to hold talks with the American team negotiating with the Iranian side, according to Western media reports today (Friday).
Today in Rome, the fifth round of nuclear talks is taking place, with the participation of the Iranian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and the American delegation led by Special Envoy Steve Biegun.
The two Israeli officials visited the French capital, Paris, on April 18, where they met with Biegun before the second round of the American-Iranian nuclear talks at that time.
The American and Iranian sides are holding a fifth session amid complex circumstances, as the past few days have seen a verbal exchange regarding the issue of allowing Iran to enrich uranium domestically. While Washington insists on the condition of not allowing enrichment, Tehran considers it a red line that is non-negotiable.
The Iranian official news agency "IRNA" reported that the negotiations are scheduled to begin at 1 PM (11:00 GMT) in Rome.
For its part, the General Staff of the Iranian Army has vowed to respond to "any wrongful act against Iran with firmness and strength." The staff added today that any harm caused by America in the region will lead to a fate similar to that of Vietnam and Afghanistan, according to the news agency "Tasnim."
Meanwhile, the Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee in Iran stated that uranium enrichment is non-negotiable under any circumstances. He said that what the West superficially raises as concerns about uranium enrichment in Iran is essentially "an attempt to prevent the independence and progress of the Iranian nation," as he put it.
