عزّزت دارة الملك عبدالعزيز المحتوى التاريخي لليوم الوطني بكتاب جديد للمؤلفة الدكتورة منيرة بنت قفل الشمري بعنوان «ذكرى اليوم الوطني للمملكة العربية السعودية»، ليضيف إلى المكتبة الوطنية عملاً توثيقياً ثرياً يوثق ذاكرة الاحتفاء بيوم الوطن على امتداد العقود.

The King Abdulaziz Foundation has enhanced the historical content of the National Day with a new book by author Dr. Munira bint Qafil Al-Shammari titled "The Commemoration of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," adding a rich documentary work to the national library that documents the memory of celebrating the National Day over the decades.
The book takes the reader on a comprehensive archival journey, showcasing the contributions of government and private entities, agencies, commissions, embassies, and Saudi consulates, alongside the interactions of Arab, Islamic, and friendly countries with this cherished occasion. It captures the details of the celebrations during the reigns of Kings Saud, Faisal, Khalid, Fahd, and Abdullah – may God have mercy on them – leading up to the prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God support him – as the National Day has become a comprehensive national occasion that reflects the Kingdom's status and leadership.
