اعتمد وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي القواعد المنظمة لتعهيد خدمات العمالة الوافدة بين المنشآت، وذلك في إطار جهود الوزارة الرامية إلى تعزيز الامتثال ورفع كفاءة سوق العمل، وتنظيم العلاقة التعاقدية بما يضمن حقوق جميع الأطراف.
وتهدف هذه القواعد إلى تمكين المنشآت من تعهيد خدمات لها مهمات محددة تستفيد منها عمالة وافدة موجودة داخل المملكة، على أن يتم تنفيذها تحت إشراف مباشر من المنشأة المقدمة للخدمة، وذلك من خلال منصة «أجير»، وتسهم هذه القواعد في تنظيم سوق العمل، وتمكين المنشآت من استخدام الحلول التنظيمية المتاحة عبر تصاريح الإعارة من خلال «أجير».
ودعت الوزارة المنشآت إلى الاطلاع على تفاصيل القواعد المنظمة لتعهيد خدمات العمالة الوافدة عبر منصة «أجير»، والاستفادة من هذه الآلية لتصحيح الأوضاع بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة والتعليمات المعتمدة.
يُشار إلى أن وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تهدف من خلال هذه القواعد إلى تنظيم عمليات تعهيد الخدمات بين المنشآت، بما يسهم في حفظ الحقوق التعاقدية وتحسين كفاءة بيئة العمل في سوق العمل السعودي.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, has approved the regulations governing the outsourcing of expatriate labor services between establishments, as part of the ministry's efforts to enhance compliance, improve the efficiency of the labor market, and organize the contractual relationship to ensure the rights of all parties.
These regulations aim to enable establishments to outsource services for specific tasks that benefit expatriate labor present within the Kingdom, provided that these services are executed under the direct supervision of the service-providing establishment, through the "Ajeer" platform. These regulations contribute to organizing the labor market and enable establishments to utilize available regulatory solutions through lending permits via "Ajeer".
The ministry has called on establishments to review the details of the regulations governing the outsourcing of expatriate labor services through the "Ajeer" platform and to benefit from this mechanism to rectify situations in accordance with the approved systems and instructions.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims, through these regulations, to organize the outsourcing of services between establishments, which contributes to preserving contractual rights and improving the efficiency of the work environment in the Saudi labor market.
