أكدت المديرية العامة للجوازات أنه يمكن للحاضن أو الحاضنة إصدار أو تجديد جواز سفر المحضونين عبر مراجعة إدارات الجوازات بعد حجز موعد مسبق، في حال وجود صكّ حضانة رسمي.
وأوضحت «الجوازات» عبر حسابها في منصة «X» أن الحاضن يستطيع كذلك إصدار تصريح سفر إلكتروني للمحضون من خلال المنصات الرسمية، مشيرةً إلى أن التعديلات الجديدة في اللوائح نظّمت هذه الإجراءات بما يضمن تسهيل الخدمات وتوضيح الصلاحيات للحاضنين.
وبيّنت أن صكوك الحضانة القديمة التي صدرت قبل التعديلات الحديثة يمكن العمل بها ما لم تتضمن عبارة «عدم السفر بالمحضون»، مؤكدةً أن ذلك يُعدّ من الضوابط النظامية المعتمدة لضمان حقوق جميع الأطراف.
The General Directorate of Passports confirmed that the guardian can issue or renew the passport of the wards by visiting the passport departments after booking an appointment in advance, provided there is an official custody certificate.
The "Passports" department clarified through its account on the "X" platform that the guardian can also issue an electronic travel permit for the ward through official platforms, noting that the new amendments to the regulations have organized these procedures to ensure service facilitation and clarify the authorities of the guardians.
It indicated that old custody certificates issued before the recent amendments can still be used unless they include the phrase "no travel with the ward," emphasizing that this is one of the regulatory controls adopted to ensure the rights of all parties.
