تستضيف العاصمة الرياض أعمال المنتدى السعودي الثالث للثورة الصناعية الرابعة 2025م؛ الذي ينظمه مركز الثورة الصناعية الرابعة في السعودية بالشراكة مع المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي، ومدينة الملك عبدالعزيز للعلوم والتقنية (كاكست)، وذلك خلال الفترة من 29 إلى 30 أكتوبر 2025م، بالعاصمة الرياض، تحت شعار «آفاق التقنية العالمية». ويأتي تنظيم المنتدى تأكيداً على مكانة المملكة مركزاً إقليمياً وعالمياً للابتكار، إذ يجمع القادة والخبراء من حول العالم لمناقشة آليات التنسيق لضمان حوكمة شاملة للتقنيات الناشئة والتحولات التي تشكل ملامح المستقبل. ويُعد المنتدى منصة عالمية للحوار وتبادل الخبرات وصياغة السياسات المرتبطة بالتقنيات الناشئة، ويجسّد طموحات المملكة في بناء اقتصاد متنوع قائم على المعرفة والابتكار، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويشارك بالمنتدى في نسخته الثالثة، عدد من الوزراء وقادة القطاع الخاص، وأكثر من 90 متحدثاً محلياً ودولياً يمثلون القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، والجامعات، ومجتمعات البحث والتطوير، ورواد التقنية، وممثلي شبكات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة العالمية.
ويركز برنامج المنتدى على ستة محاور رئيسية تشمل الاقتصاد الذكي، ومستقبل الصناعة، وما بعد الرقمنة، وتهيئة المجتمع للمستقبل، والتقنيات المسؤولة والحدود الأخلاقية، والموارد الإستراتيجية لاقتصاد الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، من خلال أكثر من 25 جلسة حوارية رفيعة المستوى، وورش عمل متخصصة، بمشاركة قيادات وطنية ودولية بارزة.
ويشهد أعمال المنتدى توقيع عدد من الاتفاقيات والإطلاقات التي تدعم منظومة الابتكار والتقنيات المتقدمة في المملكة، إضافة إلى تنظيم معرض مصاحب يسلّط الضوء على أحدث الابتكارات والتقنيات يتيح للمشاركين فرصة التفاعل مع الحلول المستقبلية.
وعلى هامش المنتدى، يُعقد «اجتماع مجتمع الاقتصاد الكمّي» للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي 2025، بمشاركة أكثر من 80 من كبار القادة من الحكومات والشركات والجامعات والمنظمات الدولية، لمناقشة التعاون الدولي والابتكار المسؤول في التقنيات الكمّية.
The capital city of Riyadh will host the third Saudi Forum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution 2025, organized by the Fourth Industrial Revolution Center in Saudi Arabia in partnership with the World Economic Forum and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), during the period from October 29 to 30, 2025, under the slogan "Global Technology Horizons." The organization of the forum reaffirms the Kingdom's position as a regional and global center for innovation, bringing together leaders and experts from around the world to discuss coordination mechanisms to ensure comprehensive governance of emerging technologies and transformations that shape the future. The forum serves as a global platform for dialogue, experience exchange, and policy formulation related to emerging technologies, embodying the Kingdom's ambitions to build a diversified economy based on knowledge and innovation, contributing to achieving the objectives of Vision 2030.
The third edition of the forum will feature participation from several ministers and private sector leaders, along with more than 90 local and international speakers representing the government and private sectors, universities, research and development communities, technology pioneers, and representatives of global Fourth Industrial Revolution networks.
The forum's program focuses on six main themes, including smart economy, the future of industry, post-digitization, preparing society for the future, responsible technologies and ethical boundaries, and strategic resources for the Fourth Industrial Revolution economy, through more than 25 high-level dialogue sessions and specialized workshops, with the participation of prominent national and international leaders.
During the forum, several agreements and launches will be signed to support the innovation ecosystem and advanced technologies in the Kingdom, in addition to organizing a concurrent exhibition that highlights the latest innovations and technologies, providing participants with the opportunity to interact with future solutions.
On the sidelines of the forum, the "Quantum Economy Community Meeting" of the World Economic Forum 2025 will be held, with the participation of more than 80 senior leaders from governments, companies, universities, and international organizations, to discuss international cooperation and responsible innovation in quantum technologies.
