حذّرت وزارة التعليم منسوبيها من تصوير الطلاب والطالبات أو نشر أي محتوى من داخل المنشآت التعليمية دون الحصول على إذن مسبق، مؤكدة أن ذلك مخالفة صريحة للأنظمة.
وشدّدت الوزارة على منع منسوبي التعليم من استخدام حساباتهم الشخصية في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي؛ لنشر أي محتوى من داخل المدارس أو المؤسسات التعليمية دون تصريح رسمي.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المخالفات تشمل تصوير الطلاب أو الطالبات أو المرافق التعليمية أو الأنشطة المدرسية دون إذن رسمي، او استخدام الصفات الوظيفية الرسمية في الحسابات الشخصية، مثل إداري، مدير، تربوي، معلم.
وبيّنت أن ضوابط استخدام منسوبي التعليم للحسابات الشخصية على المنصات الرقمية تهدف إلى حماية المحتوى الإعلامي لوزارة التعليم من التسريب أو التشويش، إلى جانب تفعيل أنظمة الرصد الرقمية، وإجراء مراجعات دورية للأنشطة الاتصالية.
ما حظرت الوزارة فتح حسابات في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للوكالات، وإدارات العموم، والمراكز، والمدارس، أو أي وحدة تنظيمية تابعة لها، مع الاكتفاء بالحسابات الرسمية لوزارة التعليم وإدارات التعليم في المناطق، ويُستثنى من ذلك الملحقيات الثقافية والمدارس السعودية في الخارج، أو ما يراه وزير التعليم محققاً للمصلحة العامة.
الغاء المتحدث الرسمي
واشتمل دليل أصدرته الوزارة على إلغاء مسمّى «المتحدث الرسمي» في إدارات التعليم، وحصر الظهور الإعلامي على مدير عام التعليم أو من يُنيبه من القيادات، مع تحديد الجهات والأفراد المخوّلين بالتصريح الإعلامي والظهور الرسمي أمام وسائل الإعلام وفق تنظيمات وضوابط محددة.

It indicated that the regulations for educational staff using personal accounts on digital platforms aim to protect the media content of the Ministry of Education from leaks or disruptions, in addition to activating digital monitoring systems and conducting periodic reviews of communication activities.
The ministry has prohibited the opening of accounts on social media networks for agencies, public administrations, centers, schools, or any organizational unit affiliated with it, limiting it to the official accounts of the Ministry of Education and the education administrations in the regions, with the exception of cultural attachés and Saudi schools abroad, or what the Minister of Education deems to serve the public interest.
Cancellation of the Official Spokesperson
The guide issued by the ministry included the cancellation of the title "official spokesperson" in education administrations, restricting media appearances to the Director General of Education or their appointed representatives from the leadership, while specifying the entities and individuals authorized for media statements and official appearances before the media according to specific regulations and controls.
