قررت جهات التحقيق إخلاء سبيل شقيق الفنانة رنا رئيس بكفالة مالية قدرها 10 آلاف جنيه، وذلك على خلفية اتهامه بحيازة مواد مخدرة وسلاح أبيض داخل سيارة كان يستقلها.
وجاء القرار الصادر عن جهات التحقيق في الشيخ زايد بعد مراجعة ملابسات الواقعة، حيث نُسب إلى المتهم حيازة مواد مخدرة بقصد التعاطي، إضافة إلى ضبط سلاح أبيض بحوزته أثناء وجوده داخل المركبة.
وكانت النيابة العامة المصرية قد قررت في وقت سابق احتجاز المتهم لمدة 24 ساعة على ذمة تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية، في إطار استكمال التحقيقات وكشف تفاصيل الحادثة.
وتعود بداية الواقعة إلى تمكن الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط المتهم أثناء قيادته سيارة دون لوحات معدنية في نطاق قسم شرطة الشيخ زايد، حيث أسفرت عملية التفتيش عن العثور على مواد مخدرة وسلاح أبيض بحوزته.
وعقب تحرير المحضر اللازم بالواقعة، أُحيل المتهم إلى جهات التحقيق التي باشرت استجوابه، قبل أن تصدر قرارها بإخلاء سبيله بكفالة مالية، على ذمة القضية، لحين استكمال الإجراءات القانونية.
The investigative authorities decided to release the brother of the artist Rana Raees on bail of 10,000 Egyptian pounds, following his accusation of possessing narcotic substances and a white weapon inside a car he was driving.
The decision issued by the investigative authorities in Sheikh Zayed came after reviewing the circumstances of the incident, where the accused was charged with possessing narcotic substances for the purpose of consumption, in addition to being found with a white weapon while inside the vehicle.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution had previously decided to detain the accused for 24 hours pending investigations by the security agencies, as part of the ongoing investigations to uncover the details of the incident.
The incident began when the security agencies managed to apprehend the accused while he was driving a car without license plates within the jurisdiction of the Sheikh Zayed Police Department, where the search operation resulted in the discovery of narcotic substances and a white weapon in his possession.
After preparing the necessary report on the incident, the accused was referred to the investigative authorities, which proceeded to interrogate him, before issuing its decision to release him on bail, pending the completion of legal procedures.
