أكدت المديرية العامة للجوازات أن وجود مخالفات مرورية على المواطن لا يمنعه من السفر خارج المملكة، موضحة أن هذه المخالفات لا تُعدّ من الإجراءات المقيدة للخروج أو العودة.
جاء ذلك في ردّ رسمي عبر حساب «الجوازات» في منصة «X» على استفسار مواطنة تساءلت عمّا إذا كانت المخالفات المرورية قد تؤثر على إمكانية السفر، لتوضح الجهة المختصة: «المخالفات لا تمنع المواطن من السفر، سعدنا بتواصلك».
ويعكس هذا التوضيح سرعة تجاوب الجوازات وتكامل الخدمات الرقمية الحكومية التي أصبحت منصات التواصل إحدى واجهاتها الرسمية للتفاعل المباشر مع المواطنين والمقيمين، في إطار رؤية المملكة 2030 الهادفة إلى تعزيز الشفافية وسهولة الوصول للمعلومة من مصدرها الرسمي.
وتؤكد الجوازات في الوقت نفسه أهمية التأكد من صلاحية جواز السفر وسداد الرسوم النظامية قبل السفر، مشددة على أن المخالفات لا تعيق المغادرة.
The General Directorate of Passports confirmed that having traffic violations does not prevent citizens from traveling outside the Kingdom, clarifying that these violations are not considered restrictions on exiting or returning.
This was stated in an official response via the "Passports" account on the "X" platform to an inquiry from a citizen who asked whether traffic violations could affect the ability to travel. The relevant authority clarified: "Violations do not prevent citizens from traveling. We are pleased to hear from you."
This clarification reflects the quick response of the passports department and the integration of government digital services, which have made social media one of their official interfaces for direct interaction with citizens and residents, as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at enhancing transparency and ease of access to information from its official source.
At the same time, the passports department emphasizes the importance of ensuring the validity of the passport and the payment of regulatory fees before traveling, stressing that violations do not hinder departure.
