دشن أمير منطقة جازان الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالعزيز «ملتقى الكفاءات التقنية 2025»، الذي تنظمه وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بالتعاون مع جامعة جازان، بحضور وزير التعليم يوسف بن عبدالله البنيان، ورئيس جامعة جازان الدكتور محمد بن حسن أبو راسين، ووكيلة الوزارة لقدرات ووظائف المستقبل صفاء الراشد، وذلك بمقر كلية الهندسة وعلوم الحاسب.
وتجوّل أمير جازان ومرافقيه في أرجاء المعرض المصاحب للملتقى، الذي يقام على مدى يومين، بمشاركة 26 جهة حكومية وخاصة؛ ويهدف إلى تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز التوطين في الوظائف التقنية ودعم نمو الاقتصاد الرقمي في المنطقة، إلى جانب تمكين أبناء وبنات جازان من الإسهام الفعّال في مسيرة التحول نحو اقتصاد رقمي مزدهر ورفع نسبة التوطين وزيادة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل التقني، تحقيقًا لأهداف رؤية المملكة 2030.
ورعى أمير المنطقة خلال التدشين مذكرتي تفاهم، الأولى بين جامعة جازان ومدينة الملك عبدالعزيز للعلوم والتقنية «كاكست» لتعزيز البحث والابتكار في مجال البيئة والاستدامة، والثانية بين جامعة جازان وشركة «أتوم كامب» لإنشاء مركز جازان لتقنيات المستقبل.
وفي ختام التدشين، كرم أمير منطقة جازان الجهات المشاركة في الملتقى.
The Emir of the Jazan Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the "Technical Competencies Forum 2025," organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with Jazan University, in the presence of Minister of Education Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, President of Jazan University Dr. Mohammed bin Hassan Abu Rasain, and the Ministry's Undersecretary for Future Skills and Jobs Safaa Al-Rashed, at the College of Engineering and Computer Science.
The Emir of Jazan and his companions toured the exhibition accompanying the forum, which is held over two days with the participation of 26 government and private entities. The forum aims to empower national competencies, enhance localization in technical jobs, and support the growth of the digital economy in the region, in addition to enabling the sons and daughters of Jazan to actively contribute to the transition towards a prosperous digital economy, increasing localization rates, and boosting women's participation in the technical job market, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
During the inauguration, the Emir of the region sponsored two memoranda of understanding: the first between Jazan University and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) to enhance research and innovation in the field of environment and sustainability, and the second between Jazan University and Atom Camp to establish the Jazan Center for Future Technologies.
At the conclusion of the inauguration, the Emir of the Jazan Region honored the participating entities in the forum.
