تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ونيابة عنه، افتتح أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، الملتقى العلمي الـ25 لأبحاث الحج والعمرة والزيارة، الذي تنظمه جامعة أم القرى ممثلة في معهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين لأبحاث الحج والعمرة، تحت شعار «الابتكار والاستدامة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن»، في مركز الملك سلمان الدولي للمؤتمرات.
ورفع الأمير سلمان بن سلطان الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، على ما يوليانه من رعاية كريمة للحرمين الشريفين، واهتمام دائم بشؤون قاصديهما، وحرص مستمر على تعزيز منظومة الخدمات وتكامل الجهود في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وتيسير أدائهم لمناسكهم في يسر وطمأنينة.
وأشار إلى أن الملتقى يأتي امتدادا لما تشهده المملكة من تطور نوعي في منظومة الحج والعمرة والزيارة، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية 2030 التي جعلت من برنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن محورا رئيسيا في مسيرتها المتواصلة لخدمة الإسلام والمسلمين.
وفي جولة أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة على المعرض المصاحب للملتقى، الذي تشارك فيه أكثر من 50 جهة، اطّلع على أحدث الابتكارات والتقنيات في قطاع الحج والعمرة والزيارة، إضافة إلى مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات والمبادرات التي تقدمها الجهات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وخلال الحفل، شاهد الحضور عرضا مرئيا عن الملتقى، ثم ألقى رئيس جامعة أم القرى الدكتور معدي بن محمد آل مذهب كلمة أوضح فيها أن الملتقى المنعقد في المدينة المنورة يشارك فيه نخبة من الباحثين والمختصين، ويتضمن ورش عمل وجلسات علمية، و47 ملصقا علميا، و30 مشروعا ابتكاريا، وأكثر من 60 ورقة علمية، وتسهم فيه أكثر من 60 جهة حكومية وخاصة وغير ربحية، مشيرا إلى أن رؤية 2030 وبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن يجسدان اهتمام الدولة المتمثل في خطط إستراتيجية وبرامج وخدمات نوعية تهدف إلى جعل تجربة الحاج والمعتمر والزائر أكثر جودة وعمقا منذ لحظة قدومهم حتى مغادرتهم، في رحلة إيمانية متكاملة تُحاط بالرعاية والعناية.
ونوه بما توليه القيادة الرشيدة من رعاية وعناية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، مقدما شكره لأمير منطقة المدينة المنورة على ما يحظى به الملتقى من اهتمام في هذه المدينة المباركة.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرّم أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الرعاة والجهات المشاركة في أعمال الملتقى، كذلك الفِرَق الفائزة في تحدي «حجاثون 3»، الذي يهدف إلى إيجاد منصة إبداعية تجمع العقول المتميزة لتطوير حلول مبتكرة تسهم في تعزيز كفاءة الخدمات وتحقق أثرا مستداما في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and on his behalf, the Prince of the Medina Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the 25th Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research, organized by Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the King Abdulaziz Al Saud Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, under the slogan "Innovation and Sustainability in Serving the Guests of Allah," at the King Salman International Conference Center.
Prince Salman bin Sultan expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, for their generous care of the Two Holy Mosques and their continuous concern for the affairs of those who visit them, as well as their ongoing commitment to enhancing the service system and integrating efforts to serve the Guests of Allah, facilitating their performance of rituals with ease and reassurance.
He pointed out that the forum comes as an extension of the qualitative development witnessed by the Kingdom in the Hajj, Umrah, and visit system, as part of the objectives of Vision 2030, which has made the Guests of Allah service program a central pillar in its continuous journey to serve Islam and Muslims.
During his tour of the accompanying exhibition of the forum, which includes more than 50 entities, he reviewed the latest innovations and technologies in the Hajj, Umrah, and visit sector, in addition to a variety of services and initiatives provided by governmental, private, and non-profit organizations to serve the Guests of Allah.
During the ceremony, attendees watched a visual presentation about the forum, after which the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Maadi bin Muhammad Al-Mudhhib, delivered a speech in which he clarified that the forum held in Medina is attended by a select group of researchers and specialists, and includes workshops, scientific sessions, 47 scientific posters, 30 innovative projects, and more than 60 scientific papers, with the participation of over 60 governmental, private, and non-profit entities. He noted that Vision 2030 and the Guests of Allah service program embody the state's interest represented in strategic plans, programs, and quality services aimed at making the experience of pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors more enriching and profound from the moment they arrive until their departure, in a comprehensive spiritual journey surrounded by care and attention.
He praised the care and attention given by the wise leadership to serve the Guests of Allah, expressing his gratitude to the Prince of the Medina Region for the attention the forum receives in this blessed city.
At the end of the ceremony, the Prince of the Medina Region honored the sponsors and participating entities in the forum's activities, as well as the winning teams in the "Hajathon 3" challenge, which aims to create a creative platform that brings together distinguished minds to develop innovative solutions that enhance service efficiency and achieve a sustainable impact in serving the Guests of Allah.
